Unprofessional and unhelpful staff who are willing to waste your time and breach you over appointments you don't know you have but won't tell you when they cancel them.

They are terrible lack of everything no support service, their printer is always broken the little shorty in reception plus their manager Shannon don’t know how to talk to customers and I don’t recommend anyone going there they need to be shot down! Getting paid doing nothing!!!!

Offers no assistance on anything, says they apply for jobs on your behalf but don't, staff changes are so frequent I don't even know my provider's name, offers no help or insight on anything, don't update information about you, forces you to make your own appointments as they don't want to do it. Hosted Big Morning Tea both during business hours and appointments. Usually rude and condescending, only interested in catching job seekers in bureaucratic nonsense. Tries to dissuade you from making in person appointments. Doesn't communicate with employers after hiring. Blames shortcomings on past staff.Overall treats those that have to engage with their service like imbeciles.
