Used to be our local and used to be consistent. Have visited this store a few times in the last couple of months and have noticed that it really has gone down hill. The service area was quite dirty, staff very slow and when we got home we found they forgot items from our order. Staff are polite and doing their best but this is either a training issue or management issue. Unfortunately won't be going back.

The place was clean and the food was nice. However, our order and every other other before mine was wrong. I just felt there was no management on duty as it appeared there was lots of confusion on what needed to happen.

Ignored me for about 5 minutes and took 8 years to get my order, staff looked bored and lazy and didn’t care. I operate with an emergency service and was on my lunch break and almost couldn’t eat because of how lazy they were with organising my order

Poorly trained staff. Went to pick up my order. 6 wings & 2 original stuffed into one box (overflowing). Passed across counter to me as seperate items... above box, small fries, & coleslaw. No bag offered. Had to ask for utensils pack...received a blank stare. Never used to be like this. Lift ya game new managers!Thanks for the free 3x hairs in my meal too !

normally don't do this. but... this is the worst kfc I've ever had. the chips were soggy, the hot n crispy pieces were the size of a golf ball and under cooked, and they took 3 attempts to make my burger.... and the whole time the staff didn't seem to care at all.......

I don't usually post on sites like this...However...Bought a three piece box today...Chicken pieces must have been sitting there most of the day...Dry, tasteless, etc...When it's freshly cooked it's great, When it's served up like this...It's a cardboard box...Understand there are profits to be made, however, serve up stuff like this and people won't be back...I won't...

Ordered a 15 piece bucket, the chicken tasted like it was re heated, dry, and gave us 10 drumsticks and 5 small wings not even a breast among them and they had the hide to charge $26.00 for the bucket. Never again will I go to that KFC.
