The entire experience was seamless, easy and quick with quality installation. Mark was extremely knowledgeable about the system and what would suit our house and the installation team were efficient and provided a quality service. Everyone came when they said they would and there was minimal disruption. And the annual service agreement means I have certainty around cost and I know my system will be in good working order year on year.

We recently had ducting out in and Mark was excellent in getting us organised. The guys who installed the ducting Jesse and Anthony were wonderful and so professional nothing was a problem!!System is great and our electrician commented on what a great job they had done, couldn’t be happier!! Highly recommend Sacketts if you are looking at ducting.

Sackett Services were very quick to respond to our immediate need for a new hot water heat pump. It was professionally installed and running with hot water within 24hrs of the old one dying. The tradesman was very particular to make it exactly right. We were very happy and would definitely recommend them.

Mark from Sacketts' installed a ducted heat pump, the house is warm, the fans are almost silent, the bathroom stays dry- no mould this winter. The old split system was noisy and dried out your eyeballs, hated it. This is a fantastic and economical way to keep the house warm in every room, efficiently. Great service. My friend in the building trade recommended Sacketts because of their quality workmanship.

Our hot water heater broke suddenly, and we had no hot water at all until we got it replaced. We called Sackett and they were extremely helpful, got a new hot water heater of our exact preference, and had it installed and working within 48 hours, we were very appreciative!
