my daughter went to the tooth fairy dentist there today. Could not have done a better job making her feel comfortable and even excited about being there. I would highly recommend this dentist.

This place is terrible, the recieptionst lady named Amanda, refused to book in my little sister and when I went to there to ask why she said the dentist is refusing to see my sister because she missed 2 appointments which they took money for missing the appointment anyway and the appointments weren't even confirmed. They swore at me and my sister and when I asked to see Dr Aiden, the manager and the girl both told me no, and when I said that I need to talk to him about my sisters braces they said they don't care" and to "get out of here

Terrible! They sell themselves as being great with children. The dental nurse was getting agitated at my 3 yr old!! For being scared of putting the gas mask on. When he decided he wanted to they shut the door in his face. Absolutely disgusting place.

To whom it may concern I have been a long-term client of your surgery and I am writing to inform you why I will no longer use your services. On Saturday, 25 November I visited with a problem tooth. The doctor that attended to me was very quick to pointed out to me that I was returning only when there was something wrong and not following through with your previous suggestions. I found her manner to be sarcastic, bullying and judgemental. I did not wish to make a scene and said nothing at the time even though I felt very embarrassed in front of the lady who was assisting her. The assistant was pleasant and polite at all times. When going through my file the doctor regularly and constantly pointed out that I only made an appointment when there was an emergency. This may be true but what business is it of hers. I did not pay for a counselling session I just simply wanted a tooth fixed. I cover the dental costs of my wife and other adult family members as well as assisting other people in their daily life consequently my dental hygiene takes rear seat. We have moved from the area but still made the effort to return to you for treatment however not only will I not return but my family also.I have seeked the council of my friends via social media (naming your surgery) and the general consensus was to inform you as others maybe receiving the same treatment but not bothering to notify you, just never coming back. I now have found a reputable dentist and last visit was given a clean bill of health.Your sincerelyBobAlexandra Hills

Honestly cannot even reccomend this place enough! My daughter seen Steph the tooth fairy & she was absolutely amazing.. I missed out on getting the assistants name, she was also amazing today. My daughter is usually so scared to come to dentist, & she left wanting to come back. Thank you so much & we can’t wait to come back. Really lovely ladies. Thank you’s very much.

I have been taking both of my daughters to TFI Dentistry for 10 years now. When they were little they loved going to see 'The tooth fairy', when they walked into her room it was like walking into an enchanted woods. They actually got excited about going to the dentist. They are now both teenagers and are still going to TFI for their clean and polish. The practice has numerous dentists that cater for everyone, the staff are professional and friendly. Dr Whyte, the visiting Orthodontist is also great with children especially. Highly recommend this dental practice.

I was able to get a same-day urgent appointment after a filling fell out at work. I have such a phobia about dentists that I usually fly back to Canberra to my old dentist who can give gas for cleaning and complete knock-out IV sedation for anything more. The lovely dentist at TFI was so calm, gentle and reassuring that she was able to replace the filling and clean my teeth without even gas! Mind you, I almost ripped apart the rubber stress tooth they gave me during the procedure. Will return regularly. Reception staff also very friendly and helpful.

Best place to take the kids who lets face it, hate people who aren't mum and dad, let alone someone looking in their mouth. The tooth fairies are great. Highly recommended for kids that wont sit in a chair on their own. After only 3 or 4 visits my daughter now doesn't mine going to see them. :D
