Just wanted, to say today I recieved my new bed frame, a special order item , and im 200% satisfied , and Lee & his dedicated team were first class and exellent communications and wonderful customer service, im totally satisfied and wouldn't hesitate recommending people im known to ,looking for a great piece of bedroom furniture or quality well prices bedding. We would recommend this store to anyone looking to purchase a mattress! after visiting all the major stores the customer service we received from the ladies here (Amy) was a breath of fresh air. Seriously most of the other stores could take a lesson in CS from these guys! Up front discounts, best quote, product knowledge and a no hassle no pressure shopping experience. Well done Snooze North lakes, we will certainly recommend to friends and family!
