Service NSW

The lady 'supervisor' (not sure if she was, but she claimed was) at the front was so... rude.She wasn't able to help me and even didn't let me get the queue ticket so I could speak to the staff at the counter. Then I tried to speak to another staff about my enquiry and this supervisor came and said 'you don't need to let everyone know' and threatened to call security, which didn't sound like any customer service there. Then I finally was able to wait and speak to the staff at the counter who was able to answer my question and gave recommendation. 2-hour waiting just for a simple answer.I normally don't go to NSW Service as most can be done online. I had to go to the centre as online customer service was not able to help and told me centre staff would be able to answer my question. If I had another option, I wouldn't have been there.

Terrible experience. Wait times were ridiculously long only to be seen by a staff member Deepak who was so rude and unhelpful. I don't know what the problem is with this service NSW that when ever I've seen staff member that is of indian background he or she has no manners on how to speak to customers and are so rude. They don't understand that they are sitting here working to help people and not show arrogance. Wish I could give this 0 star as it doesn't even deserve 1 star because of the arrogant staff who are most likely from indian background.

Breathtakingly incompetent. I attempted an Historical Vehicle registration and after a wait of more than 45 minutes had to deal with Bianca who quickly drew attention to two gaps in the application that were incredibly minor. They were minutiae. On this basis, I asked for the exact inadequacies so that these could be corrected. When I returned with these very minor details corrected, guess what? She found another (simply the Authorised Inspection Station number of the company used to provide the Pink Slip). She deliberately used this to reject the application once again, pretending to defer to Mr Mumbai to support her position. The fact that I had asked on the previous visit for the exact information required was of no care to her. So, hours of my life have gone on bureaucrats and the bureaucracy. Service" in terms of "Service NSW" is a joke. Glad these people aren't dealing with the life and death of hospital patients!"

I went here with my wife a month ago to get our personalised number plates. The place was very busy which is always the case with these service centres. We were looked after very well the staff were friendly. In and out in 45mins.I went today to get my license renewed. I was there first thing at 9am ant there was a little crowd. I was in and out in 20 mins. The guy greeting people at the door was very nice and friendly and the staff were great.

Good to have this service NSW branch in Castle Hill. Very conveniently located and the front end staff are very helpful as well

Came in here as I bought a vehicle to transfer into my name.Waiting time was decent which was great but their was an older woman teaching a new worker how to do the transfer and she had some serious Ego issues and was quiet rude to the new employee and also myself initially till I gave her some of her own medicine.Everyone started somewhere including yourself. If you have no patience to help your staff, go find a job elsewhere if you don't know how to interact with people.You shouldn't be training anyone and making them feel stupid when they're asking you for help.Absolutely pathetic.

Awesome experience. Went for conversion of my NZ driving license. It was just about the closing time, already 5:30pm before my turn came, but staff Bianca was quite fast and proficient and promptly took care of my requirements. Very professional and effective service. Really appreciate it. Centre was quite spacious, conveniently located, comfortable, friendly and helpful staffs, ample parking spaces, awesome team, awesome service. Thanks for your service today. One of my family members had her driving test here. We were a bit hesitant reading many negative reviews. But we had a fantastic experience. All the people that we interacted with (the reception, people at the DT counters and the examiner) were very nice and even tried to cheer up the student driver. In the first attempt she failed even though she drove well. It was clearly because of her fault of driving above the roadwork speed limit. It was well explained to her later and she was told that she drove well except for this fault which is a fail item. She attempted again and passed the test. This time it was a different set of people there and yet again we had a wonderful experience.

Nice and not so crowded on a Thursday afternoon. Good service.It is located in the south building. If you park on the roof, there are signs for the best parking spots for Service NSW. You just go down one level from there using the escalator.

I was there today and I had a really great experience from start to finish. One lovely person helped me check in and helped me print out a document. I may have been lucky today... my wait time for lessened because a few people didn't show up to the counters ever after their numbers were called out a couple of times. Once my number was called, another friendly face helped me. I presented all my documents, paid the fee, and was out in minutes. Overall, what could have been a boring time ended up being a productive and lovely experience.
