Would not recommend buying from them. Customer service is atrocious if you’re looking at buying a car.They all are the most unorganised and obnoxious people there. They don’t call you. Us the customers always have to follow up, even when our new car arrived they are to slack to let us know. We had to call, and then got told yes it’s waiting. Would not recommend ANYONE to go looking to buy a car from them.

THE WORSE EXPERIENCE EVER, DO NOT DO BUISNESS HERE!My experience turned me off so bad and I was set on the LDVD90 as a family car that I'm just turned off the vehicle now. They don't value you as a customer and when there attitude is stuck on making a quick sale for bonus, rather then the customers experience then I'll take my business elsewhere.It would be nice if they tell you up front or go through the contract 1 on 1 but no its just rush rush rush.I admit on my end I had a busy schedule with work and family. Had I known that they would try to get this vehicle offloaded within 7 days, then I would not have put the $200 holding fee on the vehicle. Not to my knowledge It was in the contract of the vehicle it needed to be offloaded within 7 days. I signed the contract for the vehicle which was subject to finance.After I was pressured into signing the finance loan agreement sent to me. All I wanted was time to go through with this. I was sent a text on a Sunday saying it was due to expire with in a few hours. It had only been approved the week before. Despite the loan agreement stating a 3 month expiry. When I advised them I was no longer wanting to proceed and worried about the numbers after reviewing the loan agreement. I was threatened with a tax invoice for breaching a purchase of vehicle contract. No empathy as I was accused for wasting time, deliberately delaying the process and making excuses. This was the behaviour of there senior business manager Tom Pigott. He denied me access to my finance approval assessment several times which was never sent to me. After getting advice he eventually sent my assessment. I argued certain points and he kept trying to strong arm me into purchasing the vehicle, by not answering me when I asked several times If I could review my documents. Instead his response was that I stop wasting his time and answer whether I still want to make the purchase or cancel. He was using that as intimidation for me to continue purchasing or in fear of having to pay a fee for cancelling. The following morning Tom withdrew the application.A couple weeks later I was included in a internal work email from Tom, where he discussed sales views that don't put the customer first. This practice and behaviour needs to stop. Tom made a joke about me referring to the unsuccessful sale he encountered with me. My name had been expressed to an email distribution where I had no contact with other then Raz and Bruno. I had been laid out for all to victimise my name. Very professional Tom!

I bought my Jimny in November last year and I have been waiting for rubber mats ever since. There is no interest in me now they have sold me the car. Multiple emails and phone calls and there’s always an excuse- “in a meeting”; “will call back”; “must have been misplaced”. I really wanted to protect the flooring considering I’d invested $38000. I’m so frustrated and disappointed with the service at Westpoint Auto Indooroopilly.

Service department at Darra have absolutely no idea what they are doing. I have staggered rims. Put 1 rear wheel on the front of the car. Forgot half the wheel nuts. Drove home to Toowoomba and felt vibration. So i had a look. They are lucky the wheel never fell off. Or id be suing them. Do NOT get your car serviced here.. what a joke.... id never recommend them to anyone.

The absolute worst experience of my life.If you buy a car from them. You'd better hope nothing goes wrong. They do not care about you, the second you leave the lot. They won't return your calls and will avoid you at all costs, when something goes wrong. I have never felt so mistreated in my life.My car was new and less than 6 months old when it had a minor fault. It took over 2 months for them to repair it. They wouldn't offer me an loan vehicle and wouldn't return my calls when I was just trying to get an update.To this day I am still dealing with this as Hyundai is now trying to compensate the money I spent on travel while I was without my car. With 2 free services!If you can avoid this place, I highly recommend you do. If you can't, buy the car and have it looked after by somewhere else.

Beyond impressed with the service I received buying my brand new Suzuki Swift. Buying my first car was such an easy experience thanks to Raz's professionalism and continued help, even after purchase. He answered any questions I had promptly and made sure the entire process was stress-free, as well as ensuring that delivery was prompt by continuing communication so everything could be done on time.
