Worst experience ever. These guys are not professional at all. We got ducted heating and evaporated cooling installed from these guys in two separate homes. In order to get the job Jack offered a complimentary service for the unit.Their technician didn’t install a remote control for the cooling unit in one of the houses. When asked about remote control, they just said that you asked not to put a remote. We already had ducted heating installed by the builder. When we tried to turn the heating on it would not work. Their technician combined evaporated cooling and ducted heating under one remote without asking. Because of that the warranty on the heating unit was voided. When we told them that they should not have touched the heating unit, now they need to fix the heating and also need to install a separate remote for the cooling unit as they have charged for the remote and we never told your technician not to put the remote and after making several calls and sending emails, the technician went back to install the remote.Now when time came for complimentary service, been waiting for 6 months and after making endless phone calls, emails Jack kept giving us excuses like “ Technician is not answering my phone. My brother has gone overseas. I don’t have enough people. I will get back to you….which he never did. I was the one who was chasing it up.He tested our patience to the limit. I just said to him that why couldn’t he give a straight answer. Jack just said, “ You know how bosses are. We will not be able to service the unit.” I told him that why didn’t you speak to your bosses before offering complimentary service. He just started laughing.Please be careful Jack will make false promises just to get the job but would never fulfil those promises. and poor customer service. It has caused us a lot of inconvenience. I made a mistake by giving business to DGB Refrigeration. I hope no one has to go through such kind of experience.

I asked them to repair my heater in the roof they changed me 198$ and told my wife we need a new heater which is 5000$ if they do it , because I was at work so I told them don't worry about it then I found this company called Electair in Lara only 400$ and my heater is fixed

I got supplied and installed a new Braemar heating unit at my place from DGB Refrigeration. They are very professional from start to finish. Scheduling and showing up on the agreed time slot. The technicians were great to interact with. Also, they cleaned the place after the job was done and left no mess.

Great to deal with, job done well and carefully. Replaced all our damaged ducts in the ceiling, new zoning installed, whole system fixed and running very well through this currently cold winter!!

Had aircon installed and upgraded my switchboardThey explained it in detail what they were going to do during quote. They were bang on time and their quality of work was fantastic. Would recommend them.

Ammar was very polite, friendly and respectful. His work showed obvious signs of training, knowledge and high skills in air con installation. We encountered a small size difficulty and Ammar fixed it immediately. He was very funny and helped make the day enjoyable as we were moving house at the same time. DGB every time.

They were pretty quick in their work even though they were little late arriving… however, their job quality was not affected because of being quick though! But I believe a little more time to explain how the Daikin unit works could help understanding it’s operation better and have ease on customers.

After experiencing issues with my Ducted Gas Heater, I contacted DGB Refrigeration and arranged an inspection. Upon arrival, the technician carefully examined the unit and determined that the PCB board was faulty. Thankfully, he was able to fix it promptly, and then proceeded to service the entire unit. I must say, I am thoroughly impressed with the results! The heater is now performing even better than before. Moreover, I really appreciate the clear communication and excellent service provided by DGB Refrigeration. I would definitely recommend their services to anyone in need of ducted gas heater repairs or service.

Very happy with the price and prompt service. I called up for a quote and a professional quote was sent via email the same day, i paid a deposit and my split system was installed within the week. Will definitely be using them in the future if i need any other heating/cooling systems.
