Had my 180sx in for some maintenance, was turned away from alot of local mechanics: due to it being an import, but Aaron took it on and him and the team did some amazing work, fixed up all my issues, went above and beyond what I asked for. Went through the work with me on pickup on the hoist. And gave me alot of advice for moving forward with my build.Recommend 10/10

Update: got my car serviced here yesterday. 10/10 again for quality and price. Aaron did a detailed inspection of my car and gave me a detailed breakdown of things to watch out for going forwards. Highly rated.Fantastic business that provides excellent customer service. Can't recommend them high enough if you're looking for Subaru performance parts. Aaron is a great communicator and has kept me up to date through out the process, he also took the time pre purchase to call me, discuss my build and chat about what options would suit me best. 10/10. Also value for money is insanely good.

I've bought numerous things through the team at Ryder Racing for my 02 STi.After the first purchase online I received a phone call to confirm a few details, it ended with being a 20 min phone call providing a wealth of experience, tips and tricks and he did not by any means need to spend that time with me but he did. They've gone above and beyond with the service provided, multiple times now...I simply cannot recommend them highly enough for whatever your needs.

Very disappointing first (and last) experience with this place.Arranged to purchase a set of brakes that were supposed to have the rotors (4) machined as part of the sale.After making an appointment 2 days earlier and a one hour drive to pick up I arrived to find that the rotors had not been machined as promised but I was still charged full price.Poor customer service.I was also surprised to find the workshop and office area were a cluttered, unorganized and dangerous mess with parts and rubbish all over the floor and basically impossible to enter.Unfortunately this business does not live up to the website.

Best experience I've ever had with my cars, from one side of this country to the other. Great job guys

While travelling from interstate I needed some unexpected front suspension repairs on the Forester, thanks to the condition of the NSW roads.A call to these guys and Aaron went out of his way to chase the parts needed while I was still on the phone and have them in hand the following morning. They squeezed my job in to repair the car while I waited as I had no other transport, and had me back on the road by lunchtime.Absolutely awesome service and at a very reasonable cost. I would not hesitate to recommend and use them again, and would be first on my list for anything Subaru.

Aaron goes above and beyond with the service he provides. He's by far the most knowledgeable subaru master in the Newcastle region. He provides a wealth of knowledge for every job I've enquired about doing to my car. Great business to deal with, with excellent quality parts.
