Flight Centre Coomera

The worst flight centre I have ever dealt with, it has taken me nearly three months to book a 7day holiday and still havent even been able to get that, I had a credit that I received due to COVID Holidays being cancelled, they couldnt find my credit, couldnt get back to me, have wasted 7 hours of my time only to then delay the full process and not get my flight do not Deal with them go somewhere else if you actually want your holiday booked.Response to the below, My name is Natalie not Niki & no one name Kiri contacted me.

Had my flights home from Hawaii cancelled and Tammy came to my rescue! She managed to get the kids and I on a flight 5 days later at no extra cost to me and dealt with Jetstar on my behalf. I event went in on my return and gave her a hug and some chocolates for all the extra effort she put in. So, many thanks Tammy.

Tayla was exceptional! Couldn’t recommend her enough! Really made the planning of my trip so easy and stress free she was a joy to work with from start to finish!

Booked our Vietnam trip with Chanel. Could not fault her fabulous service. Would have definitely given 5 stars except for the internet not working on both occasions we were there. Just a bit frustrating. But, Chanel’s knowledge, professionalism & expertise was brilliant.

We have had nothing but issues since our flight was cancelled in June 2020.We have requested a refund in multiple occasions, both in person and over the phone however no 2 agents give us the same message or response!We agreed to transfer our credit and send my mum on a trip, however she recieved notification at 9pm the night before her 8am flight that her flight was CANCELLED and she'd been rebooked on a flight arriving at 8.30pm (10 hours after the rest of her friends arrive) we called the assistance line and after an hour, gave up trying to get through. I emailed Tammy who (quite rudely) responded the following day that they have no control over flights. We understand that, but she never offered us any help and we've been left to rebook our own flights and try and reclaim this credit... all we want at this point is our full refund as originally requested and we can't find ONE person who can actually help us either in store or over the phone.

Very friendly & knowledgeable. I'm not ready to travel yet but Tayla answered all my questions so I can plan my holiday with confidence. Thank you.

Never got back to us about how holiday enquiries and quote for Fiji. We'll be going elsewhere with our plans and money.
