Local store, local service.I happened upon the store, and as I was walking in one of the owners, Noel, was walking out. He came back in with me (first sign that they 'deserved my money'), and took me upstairs to help me with MTB shoes. I had a pair of 41s, I had ordered 41 wides online, and wasn't happy with either of them, but now shopping local mean I was able to actually try on a pair. Turns out I needed 42 standard width. Ok, so I paid a little more than online, but I got actual help, advice and service, and supported a local business that deserves it. I'll be going back.

Steve and his team always make me feel welcome with a friendly smile and greeting. I have been getting bikes serviced at Elite for 10 years now, they have been consistently great.Recently I had an inconsistent 'noise'. I was sure it was the BB, it wasn't. The guys patiently serviced the BB very cheaply and assured me it was fine even though I wanted it replaced (it is fine). They then serviced my rear hub again very cheaply and the noise is gone.This is just one example of the honest and professional service they have delivered consistently over many years. They have given me sensible advice and never encouraged me to waste my time / money. Thanks guys for being friendly and awesome!!!

Seriously impressive turnaround time for service work.I booked my bike in to have the bearings replaced in my bottom bracket + a headset/fork check.I dropped my bike off at 8.30am and was greeted by a team of friendly staff and mechanics already working on bikes. 2 hours later I received a text notifying me that the service was complete! The mechanics did a great job and my bike is happily humming along again.I just cannot believe how quick they did the service work... I am so used to dropping my bike off at other stores and waiting for days (weeks even). The prices are very competitive at Elite too. I wish I used them for previous service jobs.

These guys are great to deal with. They truly care that your bike is prepared and serviced carefully and thoroughly.Great advice and a good range of products.My Cervelo runs beautifully after a service from the guys.I recommend them as a good place to look after your bike if you want it kept in pristine condition.

Took my bike in before going overseas , it got fully serviced and cleaned at very short notice and awesome job at that. Pity I destroyed all their hard work and now I’ll return it today after 30 days of abuse.

I recently had a complete rebuild bike service done, I must say that I am thoroughly impressed with the level of professionalism and workmanship that went into my bike service.The turnaround time for my bikes service was impressive. They had my bikes serviced and ready for me to ride in no time at all.Overall, I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of bike servicing, repairs or new custom builds. The bikes are better than new, their level of expertise and customer service is second to none. I will definitely be returning for future bike services

If you need a new bike then always go local. I had the pleasure of dealing with Marty and Dean when I was looking for a new one. Saw a beautiful frame and had it built professionally and quickly by Marty. He went out of the way and fitted extra which surprised me.Dean is very nice and patient during the fit, answered my questions and gave me advice on cleaning/maintenance.They gave me a really good deal which I know I won't find anywhere else. Go to these guys first if you want quality customer service and bikes.

I've had a number of my bikes serviced here over a few years, and I've been extremely happy each and every time. Fantastic service, quick turnaround and great pricing, you can't go wrong with these guys. If you shell out for the full strip-down service, your bike will ride better than new.
