Bought my first bare leather bag last week - Nevada tan clutch - so happy with the product - it looks and feels even better in reality! Customer Service and fast delivery was also second to none. I will be back! Thank you.

Love the products, beautiful quality, gorgeous minimal design I really like, but recently had a problem with the functionality.I took photos and sent explanatory emails, but unfortunately no solution provided, so consequently must rate down due to poor customer service which is disappointing.5 stars for lovely products.1 star for service, as problem with product function not solved.Betty Bag & Safi WalletProblem: wallet catching on bagMaybe the wallet is too large to easily fit in the bag ?Maybe the gap on the fixture is larger than usual ?Lots of time back and forth.No replacement offered.No Refund offered.I was only advised to cut the tag on the bag as a solution.Would I buy again ? Yes, hopefully this is a once off issue.
