My wife and I visited twice and the owner and staff were really helpful. Amazing range of vinyl and they spent time looking through my wish list to help out. Im hoping to buy a lot more from them. Thanks crew

Extremely rude service.About about to buy 2 records 1 for $250 and 1 for $140.Was looking at one and the putter bag was open so I was looking to ensure the inner was sealed and a grumpy old man yells out across the store. I wouldn't do that: I looked up and he said "yes I'm talking to you"I've never felt so embarrassed in a store. Stores are calling for us to be respectful and and kind.Well it works both ways.But it's ok I have a pic of the product and can get price matches elsewhere. As the price was good but the service was horrible. Guess they didn't want my $380"

Would give 0 stars if I could. Was told they opened at 10 am, came back at 1030am and got abused by the owner because we went to walk in the store and they were still bringing stock out. Got called every name under the sun. Definitely need a lesson in customer service if they want to continue to stay open...
