They have really good products, but not all of it is labelled with pricing - which meant every time I wanted to know the price of a product I had to go ask the shop owner... and she wasn't the most accommodating (made especially harder when the shop is busy and she's also trying to serve other customers and answer their questions too). Please get labels with pricing and name for all your products.

A good selection of products available.Purchase Japanese skincare from this store for my girlfriend. Couldn’t remember what she needed but the staff was really nice and took the time to find what I was looking for.Recommended. I would come back for future skincare needs.

Went to buy a xmas present for my girlfriend who is into Korean cosmetics and the staff were very helpful and friendly and provided lots of advice and explained the products to me. Have been here previously and my experiences have always been positive. Thoroughly recommend if people are looking for Korean (or Japanese) products.

A really cool funky store, you could spend a while in this shop. However, the prices are ridiculously high, I spent $76 in total just for a bear mug, a Pokémon purse and a Spider-Man bottle bag. Silly me of course, but I had no choice cause they were gifts that i really needed to get.Next time if I go into this store, I’ll just look around and not buy anything, cause they do have some really cool things.Theres just no need for them to be that unreasonable with the prices.

Staff had an attitude for no reason and pretended not to hear me when I asked for a change of mind for a purchase I bought 5mins ago. They proceeded to ignore me and pretended not to hear. Seems to be a common case with their customer service, looking at the reviews. They also then purposely made me wait for 30mins to get a refund, and scoffed. That took an unnecessary 35-40mins interaction and delay for 5 min purchase. This was at the chatswood store and also the burwood store has been rude and unhelpful in the past

What sort of legitimate store that provide no print out cash register reciept for the customer. This store is bs! DO THEY EVEN KNOW IT IS AGAINST FAIR TRADING FOR NOT PROVIDING PRINTED/HAND WRITTEN PROOF OF PURCHASE !!!??? They're also selling Fresh Rose Cleansing Foam 120ml for $80, which Sephora sells for $40. Bloody scammers!

The staff is not friendly at all.not serve customer.leave customer alone.i said i want to buy face cleanser and no help at all. And when i ask the function of the product,the staff lack of patience.she is busy at her stuff.even after i finished payment,no word at all.The attitude likes i owe her money.I felt regret to purchase here.this is my first and last time purchasing here.There is no reason to purchase here for.such bad customer service.Not recommend at all.

All cosmetics are over priced. Shop assistant has an attitude, she is not there to serve customers, but just receive payment if you decide to buy. A lot of the eyeshadow palettes don't have a display sample, I asked the staff to open a palette so I can have a look at the colours, she refused straight away. What's the point to go to a cosmetic shop physically while I still have to refer to the colours on my mob screen? One star for the display of the package.
