I wish that there is an option for zero star because this is what this stores deserves. I bought a lawn mower from them in 2019 with a five year warranty and the machine no longer works. This is after three times taking it to be repaired. The manager of the store states that the problem is my causing and nothing to do with the parts or their service and is refusing to honour the warranty. I say do not use this store and because they will come up with any excuse to explain problems with the products that they sell.I do not find their customer service up to the level that I expect from a well known store such mowers galore, I certainly expected a lot better from them.

Best customer service. This young Maltese man , was so helpful and the others. I use to go over the road before, where they don't care at all so then I thought I try these others across and what a difference, they all have excellent customer service, I recommend them very highly.

Got my trimmer serviced here and it turned out to be a long story. Initially I was really unhappy with the service, it was taking much too long and I was getting the runaround on the phone when checking on it. I wrote a negative review about my experience and almost immediately got a call from Scott (the manager). He explained the reason for the delays, apologised for the bad service and then personally worked really hard to get the problem resolved and make sure I was happy. Good on him for caring so much about customer satisfaction, really impressed with how he got on top of it and changed my experience to a positive one.

If I could have chose 0 stars I would have. Purchased a Husqvarna mower with a 5 year warranty, worked ok for the first two years and now it won't work. Took it back 4 times and each time they repair it, it just stops working again. They won't replace it either. Have now had to take it to Consumer Affairs.

Worst dealership ever, I took my toro mower which is just over a year old with 50hrs on it for a service and upon inspection mowers galore decided that it would require a new motor (the mower ran perfectly fine). Mowers galore replaced the engine and scratched the mower on the exhaust, body and plastics. Upon pickup these issues were pointed out and where simply dismissed and denied even though we have photos of the mower before and after at mowers galore. We now have our near new mower back with marks all over it, throttle cables routed incorrectly and electronic components no longer working such as the light bar. Mowers galore have been extremely difficult to deal with and are not taking responsibility for their negligence, I have no other option but to sell this mower and move back to a John Deere as toros dealer network is pathetic. If you are looking for a new mower I suggest you go to another dealership.

Took my good whipper sniper to be serviced as it was hard to start, only to be told Black and decker not longer were around and can’t get parts, so they sold me a new Victa brush cutter, but I never got my old one back, was in bits really there was nothing wrong with it. Although I’m happy with my Victor it shows they just wanted my parts for perhaps other repairs, I had a call to say they are under New Management and they want my business again, but once bitten twice shy, going to need a service voucher offering before they see me again I think. I had a call from the Manager invitation to come back

Husqverna chainsaw was returned the same day due to excessive oil leak was conformed by their top technician , manager still said that how they are. Do have vedio footage , in touch with consumer affairs.
