Incredible work and amazing service, James is probably one of the most considerate, polite and helpful people I've had the pleasure of having fix something. He approached a challenge that I had with my watch from a perspective I hadn't even considered and did so in such an efficient way that he's secured my business for all key cutting, shoe repairs and engraving for the foreseeable future. Love your work, mate!

A female cobbler with a short blonde haircut. Avoid. I took my Rossi shoes there and they had cut into the leather soles so carelessly that I could see the TOPY soles floating above the cut. When I asked how I may make it less visible, she turned and said “I’ve worked on $10,000 shoes in my previous shops and I’ve had nobody complain, sorry.” Worst cobbler I’ve ever met.UPDATE: Went to the Ultimate Cobbler in Crows Nest, paid less money and got PREMIUM results. He had to fix everything up… don’t go to mr minit ever!!

My experience with Mister Mint was at the Wilson Car parking when my car had a flat battery. I was panicking and asked the first person I saw for help; Bhrett from Mister Mint. He didn’t hesitate to help and solved the issue in under 5 minutes (Even though he was most likely on his way to work & hadn’t even started) You’re so kind & appreciated Bhrett, thankyou.

I have a treasured pair of boxing boots that are nearly 20 years old. After their latest blowout, I took them here. What an amazing job the young fella there did! A complete reconstruction, making them practically bulletproof. Worth the money and then some. Seriously the only place I will ever go in Sydney to have shoes repaired. Would give him more than 5 stars if I could. Thanks!!!

Young guy yesterday on duty 09/08/2022 I came in at 04.25pm and the attendant was very rude. He did not want to serve customers. I told him I wanted to replace the battery for my watch. He told me to come back tomorrow. Now why do you state that you are open until 5pm and then turn customers away before 04.30pm with a poor attitude and no people skills at all. Not very happy at all. I will take my money elsewhere. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE. (Would give no stars if I could)..

This has been taken over by a new guy and I was hugely impressed with not only the quality of his work and knowledge, but also how friendly and helpful he was. He carried out high quality repairs on a pair of shoes and went above and beyond what I asked him to do; and all for a very reasonable price too! He also helped with a watch issue and was very knowledgeable about these too. I can't recommend him highly enough and will be using him for all relevant repairs and purchases from now on.

I was desperately searching for somewhere to replace and reprogram a fairly standard parking garage remote. As my very last resort after many other stores not making much of an effort to assist, I called James and asked him if I can send him an image of my remote and if he can replace it on the spot. Within 5 minutes, I had a reply with cost and willingness to do it ASAP!I arrived at the store 10 minutes later and James was a total pro, he gave me as much information as I needed and I was on my way within 5 minutes armed with information for next time and TWO new remotes.Great stuff, James! I’ll be back!

I've made two purchases here recently. 1) exceptional shoe repair with replaced soles and heels. My poor shoes had water stains on the leather, which the team managed to polish and buff out! I was delighted with that result. 2) Excellent, affordable and efficient cleaning, battery and strap replacement for a 12 yr old watch; job don, no fuss and great result. Highly recommend Mister Minute at North Sydney Greenwood Plaza.
