My husband and I had, what most professionals we engaged previously told us, was a very difficult and unlikely fixable problem hence we were cautious that Wade could do what several other professional tradesmen were unable to accomplish. It was definitely a challenging job but he did it!!! And the experience from initial contact until the last minute of the job was executed in a highly professional manner.At the initial consultation he listened as we explained the problem and the ‘fixes’ that others had done. He did an extensive examination of roof and walls and took measurements and proposed a solution. Further to that we discussed types of materials, structural alterations also timeframes and costs. Once we received Wade’s schedule, scope of work and costs we proceeded and from delivery of materials to cleanup the job went seamlessly.Wade is an extremely competent and skilled professional and his workmanship is second to none.
