If you live in Melbourne and you want cane this is your one stop shop! Having said that, I’ve been back several times for a peacock chair, a papasan and sundry items large and small. This business is highly recommended.

Extremely happy with the products, service and back up of Cobra Cane in Fairfield. We bought 3xOz Cane Chairs, 1xKoala Hanging Egg Chair for outside and 1xSun Chaise Lounge. Sale was easy, fast, affordable and delivery was fast. We had cane furniture years ago and it is now modern and glam again. Highly recommended. Bought the dacron cushion with papasan walnut. Very pleased and satisfied with my purchase . Excellent quality, worth the wait. What usually takes 4- 5 weeks got done in just under 4 weeks. Pleasant staff, knowledgeable about the products who had also helped with my selection of the cushion fabric. Definitely would recommend to anyone looking for cane related furniture, fixtures and cushions. Love the cushion. I’ve had both a good shopping experience and also a TERRIBLE shopping experience with Cobracane.3 or so years ago I bought two double settee pappasan cushions and frames. Loved the product. All good.THEN I ordered another two replacement cushions. I asked for the same as my previous order. I was advised over the phone, after previously being told that that fabric was no longer available, that the fabric I saw on the website was the same as my previous order, and they had enough left to make my order, so I went ahead with the order.The cushions arrived, and the colour was horrible and nothing like the bright orange on the website. It was a yellowy mustardy colour. I also discovered that the delivered cushions were only single cushions, not double.It took many emails and lots of time, frustration and effort to finally get a response admitting they had made an error.Stuart even emailed me telling me that “it appears that you got what you ordered”.I had to fight to finally get some customer service, and I thank Kerry for her help. She gave me hope that I hadn’t wasted hundreds of dollars.After sending back the cushions and choosing a new fabric, all looked good: until I got an invoice for an additional $660.30!! The fabric chosen was hundreds of $$ more than I was told it was going to be, and they had already placed the order.The whole experience was incredibly disheartening and frustrating.Don’t get me wrong; the actual product is amazing. It is good quality and the most amazing cushion. For this reason I’ve given 3 stars instead of 1.Just be careful and document everything. Do not rely on what you are told over the phone!!

Recently we had the seat to 40 year old cane rocking chair rebuilt with new Rattan by Cobra Cane in Collingwood.Being 40 years old it is well loved & we are very pleased with the work carried out by Cobra Cane. Living near Philip Island the seat was mailed to & from Cobra Cane with out any problems.We found them good to deal with & our answers to questions was prompt & truth full. We would not hesitate in recommending Cobra Cane for any Rattan/cane work new customers need.Ken & Anne Butler

Ordered a cushion for my papasan chair to replace the existing cushion. It took a while to arrive because of covid, but I couldn’t be happier. Very good quality, and extremely comfortable. Definitely worth the wait.

I ordered a pappasan chair online but on arrival it was badly damaged. The chair was not wrapped or packaged. Stuart the owner claimed it left the store wrapped however as the photo from the courier proves it was not. Cobra Cane after 3 emails and calls will not acknowledge the wrongdoing and offer compensation and have gone silent after I sent evidence from courier they didnt wrap/protect the chair for interstate transport. Very poor form.

I am extreme happy with my experience in dealing with Cobra cane staff. I had an extremely neglected cane / wicker lounge suite which needed repairs. It had been outside in harsh weather for many years. Cobra cane restored it to its original glory & I could not be happier with the workmanship & end results.I would recommend their expertise, response to my queries & general customer service.Thanks to Stuart , Lim & experts behind the scenes that I did not get to meet.
