Went today for the first time and Jess did a 1/4 head of blonde foils. Jess is a really bold colourist who has loads of experience playing around with her own wonderful hair (seriously her hair colour is incredible) and i think it makes her a really nice hairdresser to work with as she makes your requests possible.The price was reasonable and Jess is a great asset to the shop. There was another staff member there who didn't do my hair but was polite to me and seemed also lovely with her customers.Thanks Jess, I feel like a bombshell!!

Awful. My hair used to be down to my bum and I asked to keep the length. I couldn’t stress that enough. I also asked for layers. I stood up at the end of my appointment and it is now half way up my back. No layers. I’m fuming. I said keep the length so many times. Disappointed to say the least. Never going back.

Absolutely disrespectful. I've booked for 2pm and the hairdresser was busy with another client. I've waited patiently for 35min until the hairdresser was free. At this point a new client walks in and the hairdresser that was assigned to me begun to serve the new walk in client completely ignoring me. I left to never go back. Disgusting customer service!

This is the third time I have been to this salon and every time I’ve always had to wait at least 30-40 minutes after my appointment time before anyone attended to me.Today, there are only 3 staff , all still in the middle of doing colour treatments and nowhere near ready to receive their next client, and there are already still 4 other clients sat waiting ahead of me, all looking very dismayed.My appointment was for 2 pm but I doubt anyone would be ready to do my wash and blow dry before 4pm.The staff don’t even say anything to you.I had booked this appointment 3 weeks ago so far too late to get in anywhere else on a Saturday now.Terrible service & very un-organised.will never go back.

Avoid! The manager (Didi) did turquoise foils in my daughters hair, the colour washed out the next day. It was supposed to be permanent.Spoke to another staff member who booked us in to come back and have it fixed free of charge.On day of appointment, Didi called to say they will charge $40 for the re-treatment.Won't be going back.

I've had cut and colour here a few times now, and I'm thrilled with the results and especially with the price. I used to pay twice as much for colour that lasted half as long. Also, the staff are all just lovely. The shop is always crazy busy, with good reason!

I had done keratin treatment on my hair from them, I only washed my hair for once and it's gone . It doesn't stay even for a week it should stay at least for 3 months but when I talked to them they are just keep explaining me the difference between keratin and Japanese hair straightening. I have been doing straightening since 10 years now and it never happened with me before. Very upset I paid like a huge amou nt waste of money and time not going back again.

Stuffed up my daughters hair so bad she was wearing a hat when she went out in public. Even brought in a photo of what she wanted and what she got was completely different and very bad! Still charged me the pull $250! And blamed her!Luckily another hairdresser fixed it, never going back!

I must be one of the luckiest people in the world. 7 years ago I found a hairdresser I can trust with taking total care of my hair. Because for me, and I think for the majority of people, male and female, hair has an enormous effect on a person's mood, personality, and confidence that we look the best we possibly can. Styling, colouring, conditioning I leave it all to Diddy and the Team at Alex Saker, Belrose. Sure, appointments can go over time, I make sure I don't book anything back-to-back on the days of my hair appointments. After all hair dressing is an art form, I wouldn't expect Picasso to provide an outstanding painting in an instant. Every time I have a new style or colour, whether it be an all over colour change, multi colour stripes, or returning to my own colour with enhancements, people stop me in the street and in shopping centres and comment. Because I am a consistent customer Diddy has gotten to know ME, when she unwraps the towel I have never ever been disappointed. My hair now reflects the person I am in side. Years of chasing hairdressers all over Sydney are over, and the salon is just down the road!!!!

Rosa is a professional hairdresser.My wife and daughter are always very happy about her job.I strongly recommend her
