Borderline negligent didn't collect rent from my tenant for the last 5 weeks of their tenancy. They then took almost 1k out of the bond and gave me the remaining balance which means I am almost 3 weeks rent out of pocket. Won't answer phone calls or emails and refuse to return calls absolutely the worst possible option for property management.

Coronis managed my property last year, the tenants didn't move out on the lease end day and didn't clean the house and the yard is very mess when they moved out.Cronis are very difficult to communicate with. I have to called coronis quite a few times about these issues. There is no service.The only thing what they did is arranging the bond cleaning and.But they charged us for the bond cleaning.Note that all of their quotes with their regular tradies and the prices are higher than the average.

I am using Coronis to manage my property in Gold coast for last few years , Its been a big struggle to communicate with people in this company , my property manager Courtney never picks up the call and returns the call . My property is been vacated twice in last one year. Company forgot to charge tenant with Water usage and now Tenant is gone, we are struggling to get money back via QCAT from last 6 months. I hope someone from management listens and care for customer values.

Sends unsolicited marketing emails after I never subscribed to their mailing list. I sent them an email back saying not to send me marketing emails, then literally the following day I get marketing text messages from them.

I would never recommend coronis. I was told I had a borrowing capacity of a certain amount and a straightforward loan application without any issues. The mortgage broker had said I could go forward with putting down an offer on a property while he got pre approval. After months of delaying and issues the mortgage broker came back to me telling me I could borrow $600,000 less than what he had originally promised me. Not only this suddenly my HECS, child schooling and a number of things had become an issue that was never once mentioned. I found this company completely incompetent and the whole process was nothing but stressful and a total joke. A few months on I have the loan approved with a different broker and can say I would never recommend coronis to anyone.

Everything starts smoothly till they earn the trust of the buyer or seller. When you start to trust them, don’t realise that you have been given lot of misleading information.Not recommend if you are buying the property remotely.Worst mistake is to choose mortgage broker from Coronis.Suggestion for first time home buyers, never trust the realestate agent and mortgage broker if they are from same company. Inspect the property several times in detail. Most importantly go by rules from the beginning. You will get fooled easily if they realise you are emotionally weaker.

Coronis is super impressive overall. Excellent staff over all aspects of the business who are friendly, knowledgeable, intelligent & there to help you in any way they can. Yassamin our real estate agent was 10/10 and I would recommend her services to anyone who is looking for a motivated realtor who still has your best interests first & foremost. Coronis offers more than just your average ‘quick sell on to the next client’ realestate agency that is so common place nowadays.

We let coronis Gold Coast managed our property and we had nearly all the bad experience that the other 1star Google reviews had commented about. What coronis gold coast as a business does is take your money and do nothing plus they gave all the pains from no communication and they do not commit to anything they said and what they should do.This is a very honest and true experience.-Do not deal with them!We regretted that we didn’t check these google reviews out when we were choosing between different property management realestate companies.

Got the short straw unfortunately. My house was damaged beyond repairs from existing tenants. I bought this house with existing tenants. The property manager did not respect my wishes that the dog (even though the contract said no pets allowed) destroyed my house, so I wanted to use the bond money to help alleviate the $5000 damages. I will be looking into if I have leverage for a lawsuit.
