If you have a motor scooter problem go to these guys 100%Recently i had a big problem with the transmission on my Suzuki Burman. The team at Scootech were quick and efficient at helping me understanding what was needed to fix the problem. Being the week before Xmas I wasn't confident of seeing my bike back on the road before the New Year, but how wrong was I!! The parts arrived from Japan Tuesday and Scootech had everything sorted by Wednesday. How good is that! Crazy good customer service- highly recommended.

My scooter broke down in the middle of the CBD at 8pm, I booked roadside assistance online super easily for 9am the next morning. John was communicative and on time. He checked out my scooter and found it had a weak battery. It was replaced on the spot and I was able to scoot off to work safely within 10-15 minutes. It was reasonably priced, super efficient, and I feel a lot better and safer now that he explained the mechanics of what happened to the scooter. I would absolutely recommend these guys for roadside assistance if you find yourself in a pickle. I'll definitely be getting my regular services from them in the future. I have used Scootech twice now for the service of my Kymco Like i200 scooter. Very professional outfit, I was called before any work was completed to ensure I was happy to go ahead, and I wasn't pressured into something I didn't feel was necessary. Even dropped the bike back when I wasn't home and left the keys in a safe place where I asked. Would recommend!

I know nothing mechanical about scooters and my scooter was pulling to the right, I felt super unsafe riding it so called these guys. They picked up my scooter and brought it back and made every effort to get it back to me ASAP as I needed it for work. They fixed the pulling, changed a tyre and serviced it with a few other minor repairs. Honestly it feels like a new scooter, it’s running so smoothly. Communication was excellent and the price was honest and fair. I’ll definitely be using these guys again

I've shopped around a bit until I found Scootech. Abram and the team have been servicing my scooter for over 5 yrs. My scooter has never had a problem, turns over everytime. The pickup and drop off service means I can get on with my life, and don't need to use mechanics closer to my location, because Scootech is just better

Honest, reliable, efficient and effective. What more can you ask for from the person keeping your two wheels in the condition needed for you to stay safe when riding?!Abram and his team have been my one and only scooter mechanics since my first purchase in 2011. I cannot rate his work, and friendliness high enough. Moreover, I have never been overcharged, or sold items and service when they were not needed.You have one life and when you need to trust a mechanic to keep your machine in condition to protect that life, Abram and Scootech are a must.

My scooter had been garaged for several months and over time the battery had gone flat. I purchased a new battery and replaced the old one myself but I still couldn’t start the scooter. I contacted scootech who picked up the scooter the next day, they discovered the fault, completed the repairs, provided a service and provided a pink slip for rego and delivered it the same day. Very professionally, and reliable, I will use them again and highly recommend them to anyone.

5 star service and good value. These guys rescued my Vespa from a city car park when I got a nail in my tyre. Serviced, new belt & rollers and replacement rear tyre and the bike rides like new. Even ordered in the Michelin brand tyre I wanted and delivered the bike back to my home. They’ve serviced my Vespa twice now and I’ll be using them again next time. Recommended.
