Tarampa Towing

Absolutely legendary. Late at night in the middle of nowhere. Came without question, towed my car home, gave a lift to a friend back to their house too (it was on the way). Gonna use them again if I need it.

The best in this area for towing work and easy to get a hold of on weekends and does the best job at a real good rate , highly motivated and experienced and I highly recommend this bloke ...

No answer here had to go elsewhere on a week day. Pity about using local places when they can't help you, just go elsewhere.

Very poor communication and don't call back if you leave a message. Took 6 days to get a quote. I wasn't in a huge hurry and asked when would be the most suitable for the towing company I was told next week would be better if I could wait and I agreed. After voice multiple calls and a few voice messages I sent a text and got a reply with the cost and asked about what day awas the job planned. No reply that night so called with no answer then texted as job is getting more urgent after a week. Got a response hours later to say very busy this week if it's urgent you may need to find someone else. Now generally if a customer is told next week and they wait and are flexible the business would actually do the job as committed. If something major happened the business would call and explain why another job is more important than the one you had planned with them. Anyway I wrote this review to let others who may plan a job with Tampa Towing to have a plan B and don't expect a call back if you leave a message. I have never written a bad review for any business but in this case I wish I had read the reviews.

We needed to move a 20ft Container before the rain started. Zac from Tarampa Towing was able to collect from a difficult location on a Sunday night and deliver just as the rain started. Absolutely fantastic service! We will be calling on him again when we need it relocated in a few months (weather permitting).

Made our relocation project of our shipping container so so so easy, have honestly felt sick over the last few weeks trying to plan this out and you made the job look just too easy. Would definitely recommend and use you guys again, thanks heaps
