In my dealing with Colin and the Laurentide team I have never been so impressed on how efficiently and easy Colin made this process for us, normally going through Finance can be a tedious experience this was not the case with Laurentide, I would give them 10 stars if i could. Easily deserves 5 stars. Bill provided service above and beyond what was expected. Finance isn't my strong point; I had probably 100 different questions, and he patiently walked me through it all without hesitation. I'd highly recommend Laurentide based off their customer service alone. The rates he was able to get me were very good also.
