Blue Lagoon Nails Liverpool

Came here the other day. Service was pretty meh. The First Lady doing my nails was rushing. Looked like she was waiting for someone to take over her, causing her to be pretty rough with me. The Second Lady was super soft on me and she was super friendly. All my nails are crooked, they were were filed way to much, making the edges of my coffin style nails start in the middle of my finger. Probably won’t be going back

Massive thank you to Mia Vo !! she is a perfectionist and has great attention to detail.I’ve been getting my nails done for years at other salons and this is by far the best experience I’ve ever had! she ensured I was happy with every step of the process and made my nails look so beautiful! She also made me feel very comfortable and the other staff were so lovely. wish I could give more than 5 stars.

A good service and staff are very friendly and professional. Was a frequent customer of the nail salon in the Coles arcade in Macquarie Street but they changed staff and didn't do a very good job. Blue lagoon is value for money and a nice atmosphere.

I have going to this salon for only 5 months and every single time they’re able to do what I ask for. They always met my expectations and I always walk out of there with a big smile. The staff are always friendly and cater to every need. Best customer services and best hygiene products for spa pedicure. Free drinks and lollies are also available for my kids as well. Love this salon so much!! Will never go anywhere else again, definitely coming back for my new set♥️

One of the lady who did my nails didn't do it properly. She rushed it and it didn't turn out good. The lady who did my pedicure was nice but she didn't cut my nail properly, my big toe was hurting so I had to cut it again myself at home. She also scrub only my left foot

I came in with my sister to get our pedicures and she got an Infil done, they forgot to put oil on her toes and I had to ask them to do it because she wasn’t getting what she was paying for. The worker was annoyed and the manager of the place had to tell her to do it.She also didn’t paint one of my pinky toes even tho it had some length to it. I gave them a call when I noticed and they brushed it off n told me they were busy and refused to give me service and told me to come back another day. Like lol all you’re doing is painting one pinky come on? Not only that my pedicure did not last more than a week before it started chipping even tho I got a gel pedicure. They didn’t cure it properly so the whole thing started to peel off by the second week.The Infil my sister did was actually really nice it’s a shame the one worker wasn’t able to treat all their customers with the same care.
