Staff are fantastic and store always looks tidy and clean.

I went in to the noosaville store today and the racks at the front of the store stated 50% off marked price". I bought multiple items off that rack and when checked out and paid I realised it cost more than I expected. When I walked out and looked at my receipt I realised I wasn't given 50% off marked price they were charged as per the tickets. I brought it to one employees attention and she stated the red ticket were already the sale price and 50% off when actually none of the reduced prices equalled 50% off they were only 30% off and the sign said 50% off marked price so it should of been 50% off the red ticket. The girl said sorry and did nothing. I then asked another employee and she explained the wrong signs were out and they should of stated "up to 50%" not 50% off marked price. I advised it was false advertising and requested I be given the clothes at the discounted price and was told this was not possible. She supposedly tried calling her regional manager who didn't answer. I then asked for her to have the regional manager call me I have received no call. How a store can falsely advertise and then not honour the advertised price is disgraceful and then for nobody to offer a solution or contact me I'm extremely disappointed."

Great for young women with a lot of confidence, I definitely wouldn't say that they sell office attire, but the clothes are nice and reasonably priced.

Great sales great choices and you don't have to be a size 6 to shop there

Looks like a good value clothing shop, especially for young women.

The staff are mostly ok. They could offer to help a little more though. Being short I struggle to reach top racks.

Great range, display and pricing. Very helpful staff.
