Tried to call them several times but no response. Not good!

Our experience with this company has been very professional and courteous.

Tried to call I-med yesterday to let them know I was running 5 minutes late for my appointment, of course they didn’t answer the phone so I left a message on the answering machine. I arrived 5 minutes late was met with a rude receptionist who informed me that I was late and I will now have to rebook for my appointment, I said to her that I called to let them know I was going to be late and no one answered the phone so I left a message no one returned my phone call so I didn’t think this would be a problem. The receptionist informed me that they are to busy to answer the phone. (There was 1 person in the clinic and 2 receptionist behind the desk).If your going to have these answering systems in place, at least use them and return phone calls. I could have saved myself the trip down there and rebooked over the phone.

The phone number associated with the search details are not a Gladstone location but a related call center in Rockhampton. 1.15 hrs away

Have left 3 call back over the past month messages sent and email and been sitting on hold for 45 minutes not happy.

Radiologist was very rude and almost aggressive rushed through scan I'm not happy. Be interested to see what or maybe if anything turns up in it. I'll never go there again. I'd rather drive to Bundaberg and have it done properly To slap dash for me
