Wholesale bathrooms great people to deal with

I'm in the process of getting the T2125A toilet from BestBM installed and was told by my plumber that the screws supplied broke while being hand tightened. I'm hoping it is just a bad batch of screws but its not inspiring confidence that the toilet is of good quality.Edit: This is not a representation of BestBM customer service as I see that they are very responsive. However just noting the product experience.

Please don't waste any of your hard earned money buying any products from this company. I recently purchased a toilet which arrived without a toilet seat. My plumber installed the toilet correctly however when cistern filled with water for the first time (12 hours after installation) it cracked. luckily my plumber was home and turned water off immediately. Straight away i contacted the store where i purchased the toilet who put me onto a rep. who inspected the faulty product and i was very disappointed when He tried to use every excuse under the sun to justify the cheap nasty product they sell. He even tried to blame my fully qualified plumber who has 20 years of experience. Lesson learned you get what you pay for. please learn from my mistakes. CHEAP AND NASTY
