Staff were NASTY, will not shop there ever again.. Chemist Warehouse you have a new regular spending customer coming your way!

Super duper helpful staff. Priceline usually have helpful staff but this store goes above and beyond and that's great!

As a Priceline Sister for many years now - I have always enjoyed visiting the store. It is always well stocked, great staff and value.However of recent times I must admit I don't just enjoy visiting the Batemans Bay Pricelie store - I LOVE IT. And it is all thanks to a staff member Karma.Whilst I have browsed the store I hear how she deals with Customers and it is beyond the professionalism and Customer Service you would expect in a South Coast town. Beyond that she is knowledgable, friendly and a prime example of the calibre of service that puts Priceline above places like Chemist Warehouse.When being served by Karma I am treated to a wealth of knowledge and the best type of Customer Service - where you don't feel a sales tactic, instead - you feel a sense of care, someone who knows the product range and leaves you on a high when leaving the store, even if you spend five times more than you expect! But I do stock up because of the wonderful range and great specials - however it's the personalised service from Karma that makes me want to return again and again.Without writing a novel - I know a lot of people are quick to complain and I feel it is more important to point out when staff are providing such quality service. Karma is a wonderful brand ambassador for Priceline and always welcomes feedback from Customers (including myself) so she can share with others. This is what makes every visit to the store enjoyable and I hope she walks into work proudly knowing that she not just assists in managing the store - she assists in making it flourish and I am one very happy Consumer who will always go straight to Karma for any assistance.#pricelinesisterforever#thankskarma

Great store when the right staff are on, but have had issues with some staff members not wanting to serve or being quite rude.

Horrifying old lady at the counter really needs to understand customer service. She sat there inattentive and was extraordinarily rude to me and another woman who waited patiently to be served. She scoffed there's a bell" when we politely asked for service. She also had an issue with me paying the marked discounted price on an item

There is a decent range of stock & the staff are helpful - BUT Unfortunately there is NO DISPENSARY FOR PRESCRIPTION ITEMS which is a big minus in my opinion.

After waiting too long, I've walked out without any contact with staff.Insufficient staff and lack of product knowledge.

Really clean and nice, has everything you need and staff are generally nice.

It is not a Priceline pharmacy at the bay the staff were very unhelpful a lady walked past me didn’t ask if I needed help ended up going to a different store and they had a confusing layout
