Ray really helped me out with my lawn mower. He did a thorough check, found a fault with the spark plug and replaced it with no fuss! Ray even gave me advice on servicing the mower and some fuel additive to take home.

Knowledgeable proprietor has decades of experience repairing petrol-powered gardening implements. I can't say he's ever been unable to repair a mower I've sent his way. They can also order spare parts. Fair prices for parts and labour. I'd never take my mower to anyone else.

Website says business hours and on two occasions I went there to find out that was closed 1 and half an hour before the expected closing time. The store is dirty but the customer service is good. One very bad issue is it's very hard to get them over phone. No parking as well.

Quoted us far less for a new spare part than any other place including Bunnings etc. and even gave helpful instructions on how we could replace the part ourselves- he said we were welcome back if we had any questions or needed any advice. Genuinely a lovely bloke who understands good service.

One of the last bastions of technical knowledge and good customer service in Melbourne. If you have a mower around the Coburg/Pascoe Vale area, this repair shop is a necessity.
