While not specifically relating to the Morwell store it does relate to Rivers and Rivers Online. I ordered a couple of pairs of sandals on 14/1/21and when they were a no show I sent an email requesting an update on 24/1. It took a week for someone to read it and then sent it to the warehouse for enquiries. Still haven't heard back. Looks like I've done my dough. It may pay to shop in store, but with previous experience I found there was never anything in my size in store but was available online,

This is a really large store and has plenty of clothing and shoes to suit both men and women. There are always sales on great products when I go in here as well as a sign up discount! The staff are really friendly and they know their products well along with the all the different sales going on. This is one of my favourite stores to go to for quality birthday and Christmas gifts.
