Be careful to read any contract that they ask you to sign regardless of what is said verbally. Even if you are not comfortable with proceeding with CPAP you will be asked to pay for equipment that you have no need for. They also use full recommended retail prices which are nearly double what is available on the Web. A very expensive lesson for a retiree.

Superb customer service!!!. I did a weekend trip to Adelaide and realised I forgot the charger for my Resmed AirSense 10 in Sydney. I called them up on Friday morning from the hotel before going to excursion. I've explained the situation and also that I would not be able to pick it up, however, this young guy (I couldn't get his name sorry) offered to drop it at the hotel during his lunch hour. When I came back from the excursion the charger was there and I could had a good sleep. Thanks SA CPAP!

SA CPAP are easily the best CPAP Service in SA.Unlike a lot of other services, they follow the guidelines of supply as listed by the Australian Sleep Association, they also spend the time with you setting up your machine, explaining and showing you everything you need to know and always willing to help if you have a question or query. When you have an appointment with them it's easy to see that they genuinely care about your health and their knowledge in this area is unmatched. I would not be getting the sleep I am now if my Doctor did not recommend SA CPAP Services to me, I am grateful every day for the service Liam, Helena and their team provide to me. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this service!

Ultramatic Beds at Medindie Gardens has masks (full sets) for $169. They also sell the machines and when I took my friend there they were very helpful and actually measured her nose fitting.An older female staff member at the reception area of sa cpap services was berating my friend who was in there with her young son. She threatened my friend with having her driver's licence taken away even though she was wearing her mask for at least 8 hours a night. Final straw for me was this woman asking my friend if she was stupid. The woman who worked there was arrogant rude and condescending. I've waited just over a week to see if my friend would leave a negative review but she didn't. Well I'm not so nice, and was very upset to see someone I care for treated in such an appalling manner. The staff member also repeatedly insisted that you won't find a mask for under $300....read above.

Having severe sleep apnea for eight years and being comfortable with managing my own condition. The cpap machine I was using broke down. Not living in Adelaide I drove 2 1/2 hours to purchase a new machine. I was greeted with no we cant sell you a machine without a referral or copy of sleep test . I also needed to make an appointment. I was told that I was unable to purchase a new machine under $2000.00. This lady is using people with sleep apnea. I would hate to think how much money she makes out of people who dont know any better. Beware, shop around, I did and drove home with everything I needed for well under $1800.00 with no more to pay!If I wish to be monitored I can be. My machine was set up for me and I call for assistance anytime.

Highly recommended by Flinders hospital. And rightly so. They have been very helpful and sure it's not cheap but I've dealt with other providers and these people are so much better.

Really great service. Have been going here for over a decade and always found the advice and reviews helpful. Extra points for them fitting me in at the last minute when my own CPAP died unexpectedly, hooking me up with a loaner and doing a review on how effective the treatment is.
