What a wonderful and warm experience from Dr. Naveed Akram who takes the time to go over your issues clearly and concisely along with suitable treatment options. If you want a GP who is kind, considerate, extremely intelligent but also very worldly and non-judgemental you couldn't find a better Doctor anywhere. Highly recommend.

Mead medical is conveniently located in Kalamunda with good parking.I see Dr Akram, who is by far and away the most polite, caring, knowledgeable, and professional doctor I have ever seen. He actually listens to your issues, which I have found has not always been the case with previous doctors. When I am in having a consultation with him, I feel that he will put my health above that of the centres need to make money. This has not been my belief with doctors I have seen in the past. Too often I felt that I was only there to provide money to the practice, with my health coming a poor second. Over the time I have been going to Dr Akram he, through his approach, knowledge genuine interest in my health has been a revelation.I now have complete faith and trust in him, and talk to him about medical issues I would never have with my previous doctors.Why?Because I TRUST him and his medical knowledge.I have recently seen another doctor as Dr Akram was ill.I didn't read the sms as I assumed it was a reminder of my appointment. It was actually saying the Dr Akram was ill and wouldn't be in,When I got to Mead and discovered my error, the counter staff were able to fit me in to see another with only 30 minute wait. The doctor I saw, Dr Caddy, was good enough to see me on 30 minutes notice, and was excellent.The nurses and counter staff are polite, friendly and efficient, The centre is well fitted out and very clean.Why the is even a coffee machine should you wish for one, unfortunately no Tim Tam biscuits.I highly recommend Mead medical, its Doctors, nurses and staff have been nothing but amazing.Ian

Dr Annie Naveed is incredibly caring, empathetic, professional and thorough. I looked for a new doctor for some time after my previous doctor left and I feel so lucky to have found her. She’s also almost always on time which I really appreciate.

My partner went to this clinic for a few referrals and being new to Perth we didn't really know who to see. We won't be going back, reason being that the doctors were ok but I don't think they communicate with reception as one of the referrals didn't even get sent off, the only reason it eventually happened was because we pulled them up on it with our next visit..Receptionist was rude on another occasion and refused to give us information which by law is our right to know, instead with a blunt and annoyed tone told us we need to book another appointment.... Just another sneaky medical centre trying to rip you off. I think the people on reception need to be trained on the systems that are obviously new or make way for people who actually know how to do admin instead of making critical mistakes!!

Dr. Annie Naveed is a caring and patient Doctor. She's very knowledgeable and kind and is especially good with our kids and has been a part of their good health over the past few years. I highly recommend Dr. Annie Naveed. Mead Medical is a great facility with friendly staff.

My husband and I have been going to Mead Medical since the 1980s, we now have a new Dr , Dr Akram, since our last one retired. He is very skilled, always has time for you, very thorough, and is very dedicated to his patients. The Medical group is very organised, clean, has a separate nurses station etc. They handle our care plans, my diabetes and keep up with all our injections as and when required. The reception staff is always helpful. We wouldn’t go anywhere else!

If you are looking for a doctor that will listen to your concerns and genuinely cares for their patients, I would highly recommend Dr Annie Naveed. Dr Annie will also give sound advice and put you in contact with other highly recommended and skilled professionals that will meet your medical needs that are beyond her expertise.
