Fantastic service - Ted MartinWe have an unusual shaped pool & have always struggle with folding & rolling the cover up. A very big thank you to Ted Martin (Gen Manager) who contacted us advising of other options in making the new pool cover and to make it much easier for rolling up. Ted emailed us across some photos and before long our new designed pool cover was installed. Having extra pull ropes and double reinforced where the cover was always to be folded, has made our life with taking the cover off and on so much better and easier. We appreciate all you care and help with this matter Ted, and would highly recommend Elite & the Team for your next new pool cover.

Elite were outstanding when I went to them for help in acquiring a pool cover and roller for my pool. I had a very unique shaped pool and to ensure that I had the best option for my requirements Ted visited my property and discussed what would work best. The team were always very prompt when answering questions and Ted's knowledge has ensured that the pool cover and roller will be used to its maximum efficiency by the many tips he passes on. We have been able to use the pool a lot earlier than expected due to the rapid rise in pool temperature experienced after the cover was installed. I am very happy with the materials used for both the cover and roller (very easy to get on and off). The sturdiness of the roller was one of the features I liked the most. The turn around time was also exceptional, only a few days from confirming the order to arriving at my door. Ted and the team at Elite go above and beyond with the level of service they provide. Some very happy early season swimmers in this house now and looking forward to the many years of use.

Can you give 6 stars? Why not, because this company have given me 6 star service. I purchased their top pool cover last year and due to circumstances unknown, one of the roller clips was failing. Icontacted Claire, in the office, which was followed up by a visit by Ted the next day. He saw that the problem was probably due to me having an in-ground roller that would benefit from reinforcement. He took the cover away, phoned me the same day to say the cover was being attended to and 3 days later, delivered back to my home; all of this with no charge to me.The blanket is now absolutely fantastic having been reinforced at both the roller and pull end. This cover is going to last a long time and not only that, if I am still around in the future, I will not hesitate to contact this company. The triple bubble, what ever it is, blanket is superb and warms the pool without the need for additional heating.If you have an underground roller, I recommend the reinforcement.Ted, Claire and the rest of the background guys, THANK YOU

I used to own a Elite Pool Blanket - I recently bought a Sunline Breathable 12 Year blanket - Water temperature for the Elite - 37 degrees in Summer Time All the Time (hot), Sunline breathable - very disappointed - freezing cold in Summer Time - nobody swims at my place anymore - no real improvement in temperature.

Purchased a triple cell pool cover 4 1/2 years ago with a 5 year warranty. For the first 4 years is worked really well. After 4 years though, the cover started to fall apart, contacted Ollie from customer service who offered me a 10% discount as per the pro rata warranty. They then quoted me $677 for a replacement with the 10% discount, however an online quote from the same company gave me a quote of $495 which included a fixing kit. Ollie from customer services refused to honour the online quote and said I could only get the warranty discount if I ordered through him at the extra cost. Contacted Office of Fair trade who agreed that I had a case and took the matter up on my behalf, but they are unable to force a company to do anything. So after no success with oft, they advised me to get a solicitor. Be cautious if purchasing from this company. If you wondering the shipping costs were included and that doesn't account for the difference in quotes.

We've had the Elite Triple Cell pool cover installed recently and were very happy with the install. A large difference in heat retention between this blanket and our previous one. The install team had good communication prior to arrival and was installed cleanly. Thank you.

Highly recommend Elite Pool Covers. Our pool is a very unusual shape, Ted came to our house and recommended a fantastic solution so we completely cover the pool.
