I have looked after a pool for 20 years now and it is difficult at times to find helpful businesses to test water, sell chemicals and equipment and give good advice. I have recently moved my custom to Access Pool Services and have found them to be very patient, honest, professional in their care/answers/service and am so grateful. I recently had a filter malfunction that caused me great stress. Jacqui and her team were quick to respond to my call for help and offered multiple solutions. She had my pool back up and running in no time. I have been a customer for years and Jacqui & John have never failed me yet. Always helpful, reliable and very knowledgable on their products. My pool has never looked so good and with the solar heating, they helped me install, I am enjoying my pool even longer. I highly recommend their services.

Did a repair on my pump, a few weeks later it failed ... ran dry" the shop said. No explanation beyond that. It's a nonsense explanation

I have used Access Pool Services since they started. Have always been great to deal with. They are always honest, friendly and their prices and are good as well. Recently had my chlorinator replaced and the service was great.Highly recommend Access for all your pool services.

We have been using Access Pool Services for the past 12 months and have been impressed by their continual outstanding service. They are professional, provide a documented overview of each visit and are extremely reasonable with their chemical usage. Our pool has never looked better. Always greeted with a smile. And have not once felt like i am being upsold. The school holiday teenagers have taken to the level of customer service and are very friendly and courteous. Highly reccomend to everyone.

My partner and I were new to the pool game as of November last year, Jacqui and the team at Access have helped us get to know our way around looking after the pool, now my partner and are are confident and capable.Free water tests, well explained with written run sheets on what chemicals to put in and assistance with chemicals from store to car!Not to mention they sell top quality robot vacuums which my partner and I absolutely love.Would recommend access pool services to any one.

I’ve been using Access Pool Services for about 4yrs now and they are always helpful, friendly and reasonably priced. When I take my pool water there to get tested they always ask how the pool is looking and is going and they give you a run sheet of what and when you need to put the products in your pool. They don’t try and sell you products you don’t need. They always offer to take the products to your car. Always great service and really knowledgeable. Highly recommend giving this business a try
