Completely inappropriate business practices. They have tried take the hard drive from our computer which handles all the imaging from our dental clinic without getting approval from ALL the directors of the business. They are also trying to sell OUR OPG machine without getting approval from ALL the directors!!!

I have been working with Australian Imaging for over 15 years and have always been happy with the services provided. The team are quick to respond and rectify any issues quickly and professionally- usually over the phone or through team viewer.The equipment is fantastic and the programs associated are easy to use.Earlier this year we had a water leak in our practice and the technician was here in less than two hours to move our OPG unit to safety!I can highly, highly recommend using Australian Imaging for both new purchases and after purchase servicing and support.

I would give these guys 10 stars if possible. Saturday morning, day full of emergency patients and the scanora software on our computer crashed! Called their IT after hours and they got over 4-5 IT after hours persons to call us. One of them was Wayne and am so so thankful to him. Sorted out our problem in less than 5 mins and all done so cheerfully even though it was a saturday. Highly highly recommed their services .

I bought a Soredex scanner about 8 years ago and it has been working in a busy 3 chair practice, 6 days per week ever since. Great Aussie company who supply good products!

I recently contacted Australian Imaging when an X-ray film processor was giving me an error message. Bhawan was very knowledgeable and patient, guiding me through the process on how to resolve the issue. Happy with the service provided!

Terrible customer service. An item that we bought has stopped working and there is no support at all. Avoid this company.
