Family were told to call back in the morning to pay via phone and to arrange pickup from the warehouse. Item went off sale overnight, something I'm reasonably sure the staff would likely be aware of, and when calling in the morning to purchase were advised the price had now increased by 25%.When speaking to the manager he was dismissive likening the case to consumer petroleum prices - that they fluctuate. What kind of rubbish customer service is that.Manager was rude, dismissive and argumentative.I've never had trouble at any other store.

I felt I had to write to say what a legend Dan Clarke, at Joyce mayne Maroochydore has been to deal with over the last year. Sold me several white goods and is always efficient, extremely helpful, and follows up! He’s helped with a recent warranty issue getting personally involved when he didn’t have to as item was still under manufacturer warranty. Dan’s great assistance and friendly dealings need to be acknowledged. Thank you Dan :) Sarah

Recently visited the Joyce Mayne In Maroochydore looking to buy a dryer for a new home. We ended up having a great fella Rob talk to us about dryers.It's not often you get great service within retail, however Rob was friendly, knowledgeable and showed value in the products he presented. Overall a really nice bloke!Although we didn't make the purchase on the day, we will be going back to JM, because of our experience. Cheers Rob!

I ordered a slow cooker online click & collect from Maroochydore. I received no email to say it was ready so went up today to get it. Upon opening the item, there was no power cord so I rang them & spoke to Peter who said to drop back to get a cord. To cut the story short. I was given another cord but was told that Joyce Mayne isn’t a spare parts shop. I think when you buy a brand new item, everything should be in there. The lady who did find me a cord was very nice compared to the first woman. I won’t ever buy from Joyce Mayne again.

No question the best place to buy electrical goods ! Recently purchased a Hisense TV from the Maroochydore store and were assisted by “ Darren “ a gentleman that helped greatly in our choice. He went to a great deal of trouble in organising a tv that in the end was our pick.After delivery we had trouble organising a stand and received a great piece of advise from “ Darren “All the staff we have spoken to have been polite and helpful. Seriously if you want to buy quality goods at a decent price this is the place to go.

We had goods held here on a commercial account for an important client and this store gave away to someone else. Not just one piece of equipment multiple items. Very Disappointing i wouldn’t shop there

We bought a coffee machine from Jolene and can’t speak highly enough of her knowledge and customer service , she spent a lot of time with us and explained everything in detail , she wasn’t pushy at all and it is because of all of that combined service we were happy to purchase .. 5 stars - S & R Wills
