Thoughtful receptionists, amazing doctors whom give you the time you need which can result in waiting times being a bit long but that is the price of a caring practice

Sharon, one of the call takers/ clerical staff needs to re-take her customer service course.She was RUDE and un-accommodating to my partner who was simply trying to book our babies first appointment.She offered ZERO resolution, but was happy to abruptly ask questions, cut my partner off and then say they weren't taking any new patients.If clerical work isn't for you perhaps you need to find a new job, don't take it out on new parents trying to do the right thing for bubs.

Absolutely disgusted in this clinic. My son made a booking online 3 days prior to his appointment, only to be told on arrival that they were not taking any new patients and there was a glitch in the system" and he should not have got a booking.This clinic should of honoured him with at least an appointment as you have no idea of the circumstances and time that was wasted throughout the day when he could’ve been working. On top of that the staff were very unapologetic and had the audacity to do nothing about it. Just another sorry excuse for a GP clinic. They sent a confirmation text and all just to turn around and waste his time and energy and not give any effort make amends."

The most pathetic clinic in the world. They never answer the phone and no respect to the patient. they are never helpful. They always disappoint you.

Absolutely horrific treatment save your time, money and oral health and go elsewhere. Go to them with a problem and leave with multiple new problems. Dentists and dental students are butchers my teeth and gums are ruined, damage is irreversible. They don't inform you of what work they are doing, was told they were cleaning tooth" which resulted in existing filling being pushed into gums and that's not even the worst treatment I received from them. Receptionists say one thing and dentists/senior staff say another. Complaints are not taken seriously a complete waste of time."

Sharon (receptionist) or whatever her name was this morning is so rude and condescending, giving misinformation to avoid having to do her job.

Sharon answering the phone was the rudest person I’ve spoken to who holds a clerical/customer service job…& judging by so many other reviews mentioning her appalling attitude, I’m guessing I didn’t just get her on a bad day! I know so many people who are desperate for work, who would appreciate her job, maybe it’s time to retire Sharon if you can’t be nice doing the job u r paid to do….

Very high turnover of doctors, if you find someone that is half decent they'll be gone the next time you go. The receptionists are rude and the waiting room is horrible. You have to put up with godawful daytime TV. I mean, are they trying to make you sick? If so, good job. Mission accomplished
