I've had bad experience with Telstra customer service being uninterested to answer questions at other stores but I had a very good experience with the Macquarie Center team. I immediately ported over just because they were very nice and patient to me and my missus. Keep up the good work team! Shout out to Lisa and Mark for being so helpful.

I went to the Telstra store at the Macquarie Centre to help a family member buy a new phone. The staff were very helpful and advised waiting until the following day to take advantage of the Telstra Day specials. Mark was extremely thorough, went through all aspects of the purchase and corrected some account anomalies. The deal on the Samsung Z Flip phone was amazing and reduced by one third. A very pleasant and productive shopping experience.

Five star all credit to Jenil, best Telstra staff I ever met. Cannot thank him enough. I bought $300 Telstra prepaid sim online. However cannot activate due to error/sim faulty. Then I somehow lost the physical sim stupidly. But still got the serial number. Spend hours on the phone with customer service, and went to other Telstra stores for help as well, no luck. No one can help me or refuse to help. Only Mr. Jenil kindly helped me so professionally and efficiently, got me a new sim and compensated my $300 credits. Really appreciate. Made my day. Strongly recommended if you need any help with Telstra, go to Jenil! Thanks so much!

Telstra should remove the contract from the owner and offer this store to be managed by anyone else. Anyone else would do a better job.I wish there was something like a negative 5 stars. The male staff member was the rudest sales rep I have ever seen. When told him that I want Telstra's complaint phone number to complain about his service, he refused to give me the phone number. Three times I had asked and still refused to give me the phone number. Also, he took my details and put them in his iPad, told me that I will get an email with a case number from Telstra on that same day, neither got an email nor a case number although he had me on his to server" queue in his iPad. The staff member isn't just rude. Here is intentionally not doing his job."

This store is best out of all I visited in Sydney, Reney sorted all the issues with my consumer & business account. Thanks again Telstra Macquarie Park & Reney

Excellent service from Jenil today at Telstra Macquarie.Visited today in order to get assistance in relation to the replacement my mobile under my Telstra Paid & Protect.While I wasn't quite able to achieve what I had hoped due to circumstances outside of Telstra store staff control Jenil all the same was incredibly proactive in doing everything in his power to resolve the issue by lodging a query with accounts, which he has advised should be sorted in the next few days - and I wholeheartedly believe that will be the case.At the same time Jenil understood and appreciated that I needed a temporary solution so that I could have access to a mobile in the interim and so went above and beyond to help find me a affordable, honest and realistic option that I was comfortable with.A very positive experience all round.Sadly a direct contrast to the experience I had the week prior at Top Ryde.

For whom it should concernMy credit card to which Telstra has access had to be closed for security reasons. Inevitably and understandably Telstra was unable to charge it. This became evident when I started to have problems getting and sending emails and, worse, making phone calls. Yes, I should have told you earlier, but I didn’t remember that your fees were paid out of the now closed account.I spent days trying to get phone contact with Telstra. Everything I tried in the next few days to make the necessary payments to you took up an hour or more, getting absolutely nowhere. I can’t be the very only Telstra customer who has payments stopped unexpectedly.I found all this deeply and unnecessarily depressing.I decided to see if the Macquarie Sydney post office would help me. They told me it would take at least over an hour just in the queue and after that, who knows. I couldn’t wait.A few days later I decided to go to a Telstra outlet, choosing the Macquarie one in spite of the Post Office’s ever so slow crowds. It was a revelation!I was warmly greeted by Shree Sedhai. He couldn’t have possibly been better: positive, technically speedy and spot on, even when I told him that I hadn’t brought my new replacement CBA card. Half way through Shree’s work of setting up an AmEx account, I found my CBA card. He immediately installed this new preferred account for the future.All done on that, he asked me if I knew that I had ‘bonus points’ of some kind. I didn’t know. Was I ever told about them?When I next need to consult with Telstra, I hope to goodness that I get Shree again.David Say
