First contacted Jason to have a look at our ducted A/C and also for a quote to rewire and fit LED lights and socket outlets both internally and externally to the house. Jason came back with a quote immediately, which was both reasonable and with some recommendations. Both Jason and Nick were brilliant, their work ethic, professionalism and expertise was great even after throwing a couple of extra jobs at the last minute. I would recommend them to anyone, it was a pleasure dealing with them and I will always use them.

Jason and Nick are very professional and hard working. They helped us with multiple jobs in the house, in our wine cellar, they gave me many good advice to choose new products/solutions to make the job economical yet most efficient. They are always on time, friendly and reasonable. Highly recommended for any electrical jobs. I always support local businesses and Pacific A&E is one of my favourite one.

Jason and his team possess a level of expertise, professionalism, and work ethics that is, unfortunately, not as common as it should be. We had two multi-head reverse cycle split systems installed with electrical wiring included, and received impressive service both times. Focused, efficient, working with a friendly smile, and they even clean up after themselves the little dust they make.

Jason took care with the quote and the installation. The communication was first rate conducted through emails and phone calls. We knew exactly what the job entailed and when it was going to be done. The two air-conditioning units were installed accurately and neatly by Jason and his co-worker. They are functioning well and we now look forward to a cooler summer. Thanks for everything!
