They have been drilling on top of our head for the past 2 months. This company is so careless that it doesn’t care for people living in the building and have to cope woth the hammer drilling and construction work. They have no ethics.

Having lived in bilbergia apartments, i can say that the designers and builders chosen are excellent. The free buses provided are also great.

Zen Building Management is great at the rental property we manage. Billbergia builders were also quick to fix initial and minor defects. Love the split AC systems.
