When it’s good, it’s great but the Port Kembla truck is not consistent in customer service or quality but is consistently slow. The orders are never ready for pick up if you order online. If you ask and pay for extra sauce, you won’t get any. Returned today and asked for extra cheese sauce on both fries and got no sauce despite paying extra. If you go to the Gwynneville truck, it’s usually much better service.

called at 1:30 phone ordered 3 burgers, was told its a 30 min wait, got there at 2pm expecting to pick up my food to be told another 10 mins. 20 mins later at 2:20pm i was told another 5 mins. I told the guy were good, we dont want the food after waiting almost an hour and he said bam rocket takes long to make" 55mins to make 3 burgers is ridiculous. He was apologetic but 55min wait on food is really bad."

Great addition to Port Kembla. The burgers and chips are cooked fresh and tasted great. We had the Chubby cow and Mad Ox.Convenient location on the same corner as Mobil, which is a short walk for lots of residents in the area. It was busy at lunch time on a Saturday, but the staff said it was busiest after 5pm.My daughter says fantastic

Gave Bam Burgers a try tonight was a good order of 6 burgers there was 2 customers in front and they pumped them out in 20 minutes.Really enjoyed the flavour in the patties and the chicken snitchzel was moist and flavourful.Prices were excellent will happily return again in the future

Honestly the best burgers I have eaten south of Sydney. No where else in Wollongong or the Illawarra compares; whether that be restaurant, fast food etc. The beef patties are cooked perfectly: juicy, thick, incredibly smoky. The chicken schnitzel is the most flavourful schnitty I've ever had on a burger or otherwise. I have no clue how they do it out of a food truck and without professional chefs, but these burgers are a must try.
