The service we received from William Cole Funerals was second to none! I can't thank Richard Bevan enough for fitting us in and making our family feel so welcome in some unusual circumstances. My mother's service was everything she would have wanted and we can't ask for better than that. I would highly recommend your services to anyone in need of a compassionate, sincere funeral director. My mother-in-law's funeral was recently held in especially difficult circumstances: due to COVID restrictions we were not able to be there to help my father-in-law make arrangements, and at the last minute, lockdown was imposed, which restricted the number of guests permissable.Through all this, William Cole staff, lead by Amanda, supported us and acted with professionalism, kindness, patience and efficiency. The live streaming option was seamless and people from all around the world have contacted us to say how lovely the ceremony was.A number of ACT friends recommended William Cole to us, and we can see why.

Fiona was so caring and provided the most wonderful recommendations for a celebrant, Mary. She was so kind and delivered a touching and accurate account of Beautiful Belinda’s life, sadly cut short.Fiona also arranged for the most beautiful flower arrangement we ever could have asked for!Myself and my two sons could not recommend William Cole Funerals Highly enough! I really hope that our experience was just an unfortunate one off. I took my mum in as she wanted to organise her future funeral arrangements (she's 82). The receptionist was perfectly pleasant and polite, she went to get someone to speak with us. What followed was quite upsetting, we were abruptly told that we needed an appointment and did she (mum) know what she wanted? The woman rattled off many permutations/options and stated that a quote couldn't be generated unless we knew what we wanted....We really didn't expect to be spoken to like this we just wanted some information.As we sat waiting for something to be printed, mum said to me She's not very friendly is she?" I agreed and we decided to leave. The receptionist looked shocked and no further attempt was made to rectify the situation.We went down to road to the White Lady and a very lovely lady welcomed us with a warm smile. She patiently provided information
