Medical One - Moonee Ponds

It's with great pleasure that I'm recording our experience with everyone at your centre. Dr Jorah is awesome with her intense knowledge and the way she treats us. The Podiatrist Sezen is also brilliant in explaining what's the purpose of the treatment and I'm very satisfied and pleased with both of them. I must mention about Kerry and Hamish, the receptionists, who are so friendly and pleasant to deal with. These very people, already make us feel well, before any treatment begins. Highly recommended. Simply an amazing medical centre with such beautiful staff.

It all depends on which Dr you see as to the standard of care you get at this Clinic. I recently visited a Dr I don't usually see (as I couldnt get into my regular Dr) and during my consult the Dr was texting on their mobile phone to their other" clinic as apparently they were having staffing issues. To me this is really poor service/patient care

I've seen some really good doctors here, (Madeline, Adrian, and Brian have all been lovely) but reception can be difficult to deal with. It's worth noting that Marian was one of the worst doctors I've ever dealt with, but others are great.We've finally switched practices to a smaller clinic because it's really disappointing to be a patient for many years and not be able to see a GP for something within a day or two when it's urgent but not urgent enough to go to hospital. The two or three times we've really needed to see someone, reception has been entirely unhelpful. I understand that not having anyone available leaves their hands tied, but they don't even offer an alternative clinic to try, a a phone check-in, a nurse call, anything.We're understaffed

One of the best, if not the best medical clinic in Melbourne. Have been attending this clinic as my regular GP for the past 8 years and over that time have received nothing but excellent service. Whether you are going in for a one time checkup or if you want a new regular GP, this is one of the best I can recommend across the state.

Dr. Adrian Dragovic is an excellent GP. He is very knowledgeable and is always able to quickly diagnose our problem and provide an effective treatment plan. He is a great communicator. He listens and always takes time to address our worries and questions. He is very compassionate. He is the only GP we completely trust when it comes to our baby boy’s health. We highly recommend Dr. Adrian and Medical One Moonee Ponds.

Doctors are good, just annoying that the Provider No. is omitted from Invoices and I noticed there was surcharges of 1% on card transactions and cost not itemised on Invoice. Will need to go back for provider number information - just keep in mind if you go there to check all is in order before leaving.

I've been going here ablround 8 years now and I always get the help I need here and although I regularly see the same dr, when I have seen others they have all been helpful and understanding too. I take my kids here for their appointments and vaccinations as well and always happy with the service at the desk and from the Drs and Nurses.

I am writing to express the absolute adoration I have for Hamish. She is always so welcoming and caring. I love seeing her once we walk in at reception knowing full well all of my needs are met. She is kind, compassionate and a joy to deal with. This is so important to have in a medical clinic

I have been chronically ill for more than 15 years. And in all my experiences with doctors here and abroad..Dr. Adrian Dragovic is the best GP i have ever had. For the first time in over a decade a doctor has genuinely cared, listened to and found solutions for my concerns as best and thoroughly as he possibly can. Thank you.

Dr. Winnie Li is a really caring and kindhearted doctor. She gives really useful medical advices in a friendly manner and I love the way she treats clients. I am so glad to have found Dr Li as my GP. I love going to this clinic because the receptionists, doctors and nurses are all so lovely and I feel so welcomed from the second I step into the clinic.The star I deducted however goes to another doctor called Marian. I was so upset after my tele-health session with her. That was the worst day during my pregnancy and she made it even worse. She gave an attitude even I was undergoing unfortunate issues and I never understand how she could treat her clients like that.
