One employee was extremely rude - myself and another customer were waiting in line & there was no service or acknowledgement of our presence. I needed to step away as I had forgotten something & when I came back, a second employee was serving - he was friendly and quick. With plenty of options for purchases and good parking, it would have been a 5 star visit if not for that one employee.

Highly disappointing that you aren’t open late nights on Thursdays like majority of other shops are open until 9pm. Your stores close at 6pm. When you work all the time and find it difficult to get there in normal hours and it’s the only place to get quality grain free dog food, it’s such an inconvenience.

Took my dog here to get groomed. Friendly service and seen promptly. My dog went in looking like a sheep without a sheer and the transformation these girls did to my dog was absolutely awesome. Very impressed. I will definitely be coming back.

Took my anxious little Jack Russell there for his nail trim and bath. The girls there were very understanding and caring towards my boy even after he was trying to nip them. He’s definitely not the easiest especially when it comes to nail cuts. Thank you! Im hoping in time he will get used to you lovely people. I Will definitely be back.

Staff are usually friendly when I had been here prior which has added an extra star. But today when my son and I visited the store for pet food, we were very disappointed with the lack of available stock, and that the stock that was available had been opened with noticeable freezer burn on the product and frosting occuring on the packaging which showed this had not be checked for some time. No staff available at the time so left and went to Morayfield Pet Stock instead.
