The service is great. They take the time to do your nails and ask if that is what you want throughout the process. Prices are also very reasonable. Got SNS done and the lady who did it was thorough and accomodating.

I went to the salon with a friend for the fist time today and I was really impressed. The ladies are very kind and friendly, they use sanitarised tools and do very throughout mani and pedi.I had a SNS manicure and a pedicure and the results were fantastic! The prices are really good and you also get a loyalty card and a paraffin treatment included with your SNS manicure!They take the time to do everything properly and were extremely welcoming.I will definitely be returning as I think I finally found my local salon!

Absolute scam artists! Asked to confirm price several times (which aren't stated anywhere), agreed on price, then when paying the lady added an extra $25 onto the price, and before I saw she took my card from the counter and did pay wave. When I questioned the price she said it was what we agreed on! I have a feeling this is a common scam so ensure they write it down if you ask for a price. Stupid as they have lost a regular customer over scamming a quick extra $25.

Worst manicure my life. Broken and dirty massage chairs should have been the signal to get out of there, but no, in the interest of time, I persevered! One of the staff proceeded to aggressively hack at my cuticles until one started to bleed profusely. After 10 minutes passed it was still bleeding so they couldn't paint that nail. When I asked for a refund for my 9 finger manicure, I was told the bleeding was up to my body" to stop.Go figure! Just glad I got a tetanus shot recently

My worst experience yet. Staff wouldn't answer questions, rushed everything, despite there being no other customers there. Made us wait almost 1 hour without telling us what happening.They also don't have a good colour selection.SNS Nails look HORRIBLE and patchy and inconsistent. The shape wasn't even good! They messed up the SNS nails so much they had to re-do 5 of them multiple times. Honestly, I could have done a better job myself at the dip powder and nail painting. They mixed 2 SNS colours to try to acheive my nails, and obviously had no idea what they were doing, because one lady gave up after messing up so many times, and then handed over to someone else.

Went for first time just to give it a try but definitely worse nails ever, took almost 2hrs for SNS just color not manicure included.My nails are way too thick, bleeding and uneven.40bucks directly to the bin.

There are a lot of nail salons in this part of town, and this one tends to offer the quickest manicures and pedicures. They also do a decent, lasting job. Make sure though to pay upfront so that the staff doesn't end up arguing with you over the service they provide in front of all the other customers, and try and charge you more.There are no signs or pamphlets explaining the difference between cut nails and paint only" and "manicure"

Wish i read the reviews... worst manicure i’ve ever had. Whole salon was super unhygienic, dirty towels on the floor, no plastic in the pedicure tubs, reusing cuticle clippers for different clients without sanitising. The table coverings were old pieces of newspaper that were covered in nail polish and other people’s filings. Only one worker was wearing a face mask. One worker was dyeing her hair - literally had hairdye in while working, and then left a client to go out back and wash it out.I got SNS and it was so bad - really thick and not on my nails at all. Look at the photos for what i left there with as the finished product, sns powder everywhere.I would be surprised if this place passed a health inspection for one, and the professionalism and quality of the workers was at an incredibly low standard. I recommend you don’t go there.Also, no check in procedure for COVID safety protocols.

Very friendly and nice staffs, they even helped me touch up my SNS manicure after a week for free. Very fast services as well! I would go back to this place for sure!

So lovely. The staff here are friendly, kind, and incredible at nails!Best shellac for the best price that I've found in Sydney! It's been 2 weeks and my nails still look fab!
