I have been served by one of the employees named Sarah a few times, she's exceptional! Always kind, helpful and always greets the customers with a smile! On top of that the food is quality and I always feel welcome. The best Bakers Delight in Melbourne by far!

Got served by Gabi, most beautiful young lady with very polite manners. Will only get served by her from now on. 10/10 would buy bread again, recommend the hot cross buns they’re absolutely delightful

Hot cross buns $9 for 6, quite expensive particularly when they were stale with no date ( neither manufactured or use by) on the package.

I come here all the time and the staff are always super friendly and polite! The pizzas are great for a convenient lunch and the croissants and scones are delicious treats! Their bread is also amazing and they have a huge variety of rolls!

Best mini pizzas I've had from any bakers delight. I came back here 4 or 5 times just to order the Mediterranean pizza. Always so much spinach feta and cheese.

I went here recently to purchase some finger buns but found out they unfortunately don't make them at Mount Waverley. I was subsequently delighted by a young man named Riley. He served me with an excellent attitude and convinced me to buy some beautifully cooked cheesymites and a 6-pack of fun buns. I will be returning for more products and the superior customer service in comparison to other bakers delights in my area.

Just bought a 2x pizzas and 2 x savory bites, but they were as cold as ice. Staff need to be more polite and at least offer the customers to heat up the food. Never again will I buy anything from this outlet.
