First time I bought from here the fish was okay. The second time.. will definitely be my last. I bought 1kg of snapper yesterday which was off. It completely ruined my dinner tonight which I was making for my partner and I. I am deeply disappointed as I am currently pregnant and this is very dangerous to my health and also left us with chips and salad for dinner.

Just DO NOT eat here, you will be sick. Costi has a good name in the Seafood business, I have no idea why they are associated with this place. This place really could do with a visit from the health inspector # YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED / DO NOT EAT HERE #

The costis Fish and seafood at castle hill westfeild is freshly cooked everyday they have a huge display of seafood ,friendly staff who are proud of the name ,one word to some up the experience is DELICIOUS it keeps us coming back

I ordered a large chips for my kids. After what seemed like a long wait, I was given a box that was one 3rd chips, 2 3rds potato gems.I told the lady that it wasn’t what I ordered. She said that’s what a large chips from that shop is. I was surprised, so I asked if she could make me box of only chips, and I will pay extra for it.At this point old man started shouting at me and gesturing at me to go away.

I brought cooked take away from there today for the first time because a friend who is a regular raves about it. The seafood salad was delicious and had plenty of prawns in it and was a generous portion. The chips were cooked to perfection but I was disappointed they didn't ask if I wanted salt. I realise this is my responsibility but I would expect them to ask. The downfall was the grilled calamari which was not fresh and was overcooked, greasy, tasteless and rubbery. The pineapple fritters were very greasy and I only ate two bites.The lady who served us did not crack a smile even once and when we were trying to get her attention to add a salad to our order, she completely ignored us. It was a friendly gentleman who noticed we were trying to get her attention and he served us immediately.The lady told us that grilled food takes 15 minutes and we were happy to wait but it took 25 minutes all up. An extra 10 minutes makes all the difference when you are relying on catching the next bus.This was my first time visiting and even though I was disappointed, I'll give them another try next time I'm there as other reviews are positive and this could have just been a once off.

Worst fish and chips. Batter hard and fish dry and hard. Gave them another chance after a mediocre offering a few weeks ago. Will not ever buy from here again..

Excellent fresh fish. Bought salmon, mackerel, and John Dory fish on my last visit and all were perfect.

Best Sydney Rock oysters at this joint. The freshest I've tasted!

I bought the seafood from this shop every week and it was super fresh and hot food also very tasty was really happy about the quality definitely will keep coming back here!!
