Having trouble spending what is in my plan or getting a straight answer, potentially getting a answer at all sometimes is impossible.. very dejected

Update your price guide. It is not up to services to tell you the correct rate. I suggest getting onto the NDIS PRICE GUIDE of JULY 2022!!!! Frustrating

I have been dealing with the te4am from Aiim Choices now for going on three years . All my questions & concerns are answered fast and truthfully. if i ask for something that doesnt meet the NDIS rules it is explained to me why. Aiim Choices take care of my plan management with regards to costs fast and promptly . I cannot recommend the team at Aiim Choices enough

they sent an email of approval for an item and it's two months later I realised they haven't refunded me.yet they approved the item once prior and lied many times claiming the approval was for the first lot ( which had long since been refunded and they lied about the date of that. ) they are refusing to cover the cost and it's too late to get a refund especially for how many hours of support workers it took to get the item. my support coordinator is now getting RIAC involved. and I have reported them to the NDIS. you can't approve items then not tell the participant you didn't actually put the money in. if your business makes a mistake you must wear the cost.
