Very prompt in dealing with my issue. The staff at drain doctor were very thorough and explained what needed to be done prior to getting the job complete (main drainage blocked)... there very efficient and friendly and will always be my GOTO plumber !! Thank you again and awesome work...

I'd been having issues with blocked drains and was recommended Drain Doctor. Charbel was very professional when dealing with him. I had already rung other plumbers so knew rough costing. He came out and gave a very reasonable quote. He then did a great job with the task at hand. Highly recommended.

this company is an absolute rip off!! they quoted me a price, ripped everything apart then tell me it is now triple the price. i pretty much had no choice since they took everything apart! stay away from this scammer!

Maz was extremely professional, on time and honest. He was actually called out to finish a blocked sewer job where the previous plumber had not only failed, but got his hose caught. All done without fuss and well worth the fee.I wouldn't hesitate to engage them again or recommend to anyone in need.

Charbel the owner is an absolute conman!!!I called them out for a quote on a few plumbing issues. Charbel came over basically removed everything told me what the problem and we agreed on a quoted price.After spending an hour on the job he said he needed to go get some parts and will be back later. He then rang later and said he will be back the next day.After fixing the few plumbing issues on the next day, he demanded more money than initially quoted. He said the job was bigger than expected and required additional time and tools. But he has never mentioned it before until the job was done. In the end, i was pretty much stuck with paying twice the amount of the initial quote which we agreed on.Very dishonest plumber!!

Having worked in real estate for over 15 years, we used him to attend to one of our rental properties- and he came back with a quote between $180 and $270 to unblock a drain- saying it is sometimes complicated with drains and may cost more.After receiving his account for $270- I wrote to him to question why it was at the higher end of the quote was an electric eel used? How long were you there for?" his response was he quoted this much and it was approved by landlord and that is what he charges all real estate.In all my years we have never paid such a high price for a blocked drain- unless an eel etc had to be used. After speaking to the tenants they confirmed he was there for half an hour!!!!Would absolutely not recommend him- and still have not heard back till this day as to why the bill was so expensive!!!!Caitlin"
