Do not recommend. Stayed 9/5/23. Grubby room, stains all over couch. Dirty floor of bathroom. Furniture looked to have been salvaged from hard rubbish. Worst of all, got back to the room tired and quite late. got into the double bed and half of it had been collapsed (slats all broken) so a huge depression on one side. Did not notice when we dropped the bags in before heading out . Me and my partner tried t get some sleep crammed onto one side without much luck. Office only begins to be manned at the latest time of check out. Just a terrible experience.

As other reviews have recently stated; this Hotel is currently under construction.They are advising on WOTIF and other websites that there 'maybe' noise and the 'building works is the exterior of the building' This is completely misleading, and untrue as most of property, in my opinion is a work site. They should not be allowed to sell the room we stayed in for example as, first and foremost it was NOT SAFE.We booked a courtyard room for 3 nights in late September/October and the courtyard area was a work site for the two days of the three. No chairs in the room, no table, we booked a courtyard room to use this space. See photos.I had a small child with me and the entire area was unsafe, no signage, minimal lighting, building material everywhere. I had to physically move a ladder to get out my door.Furthermore, the doona / bedspread on our bed had blood and what looked to be urine or some other body fluid. See photos.Stated on website, the room didnt have a toaster, again, we booked this room so we could have breakfast and sit on the tables and chairs at least before heading out each day.I reached out to Hotel Management post stay and requested a two-night refund as the room type we booked and paid for was not what we received due to it being a worksite. They are only refunding $50, and I am still waiting on my $100 (preauth) as well.Management stated I should have told them?! Pretty sure they know...

It's very nice. Very clean, spacious. They have reception. for 15 dollars you get a parking spot. In our 1 bedroom apartment we had a well equipped kitchen, washing machine. Comfortable bed. Lots of buses around, tram.

I booked an apartment to stay at St Kilda back in April 2022 for March 2023. Today I get a phone call to say my apartment is no longer available. I have been offered an alternative to stay at Richmond but it's the location which was important for the trip. Now my trip has been ruined even though I booked almost 1 year in advanced. Would not reccomend this company!!!

Staff were nice and helpfulWe had a balcony so it was beautiful at night..Rooms weren't that great lol the furniture was used and abusedLeaking fridge,sofa was stained had to put towels to sit down.Aldi was just down stairs and 20 min walk to st Kilda beach ...I think if the owner invested just a little bit of money change the furniture would have been perfect.It has great security very safe ....

Clean rooms, off street parking for $20 a night and good facilities. Getting your head around the elevator is a small challenge. If you are passing through it's a good place to rest for the night.

Not really what I expected.Location wasn't really ideal.Woken up by party goers .If you want parking it's extra $20 per day. Room was small and cramped.Bed was comfortable and receptionist was helpful.

Lovely spacious suite. Lights, heater and chill music was playing on entering the room. Which made it very welcoming.Amenities were lovely. Everything you need for a short or long sray. I had room 111 which had a full stove and oven, washing machine, microwave etc. Milk in the fridge. The bed was too firm for me but I still slept soundly.The photos are of an entire wall length skirting board which has bad water damage. The paint has blistered badly and has come away the entire length from the wall, about 2 to 3cms. Dont know why it hasnt been replaced. Was worried about mould, as Im asthmatic. Also wondered how far the water damage had spread under the carpets etc. Apart from that, it was a lovely suite

Receptionist was very helpful with booking. Then we arrive. Pubic hair in toilet. Mouldy shower. Uncomfortable bed. AC is broken makes loud noises. Scents in the room was so overpowering we put it outside to learn it was covering a bad curry smell. Was not advised under renovation. Was a dirty atmosphere, exposed wiring, paint coming off ceiling, mouldy ceiling. All the switches had huge stains on them, food on TV remote, balcony was filthy. Bin not emptied had a foul smell. No TV reception at all furniture is old and damaged. Lounges all stained. Glad we had plans had no want to be in the room at all. Totally revolting.
